Great pc, runs Beautifully beautifully and looks great. Well priced for a pre build.

I bought this gaming.pc for my familys first ever gaming pc. I never set one up before but was no problem at all. My son plays steam games and my daughter plays fortnight and roblox and everything runs really smooth.

Just bought this for my son, for his birthday. I cannot tell you how happy he is. The pc is fast, quiet, does everything my son wanted. So everybody is happy! Could not have asked for more.

While we had to return our initial purchase due to a Windows glitch, The CyberPower customer service was good, the Best Buy returns process was very smooth, and we received a replacement quickly. My son uses this computer for Oculus Rift virtual reality, and it runs the games more smoothly than his older Alienware R13. He also uses it for Unity game development, and it runs Adobe products (Photoshop, Animate, PremierePro, etc.) well (and yes, Mom, it runs Google Classroom and other distance learning platforms beautifully). We did purchase the computer while it was on sale, and the specs for the price for the best deal we found anywhere!

I felt like the price was reasonable for what this computer is. It shipped with broken glass but they were quick to send another one. It works great and it runs fast

Awesome product, ready right out of the box. The PC has been fantastic for anything I’ve thrown at it, barely dipping below 100 frames at 1080 on some very demanding games, while consistently holding 144 on less demanding games (could probably push more, restricted by my monitor). I only gave it a 4 on quality due to how CyberPower wired the LEDs. They spliced the top fan (of the two stack) with an LED strip on the top of the case, the strip lights but top fan will not no matter what I try. BUT, one fan not lighting up, but the fan still running, isn’t a big deal for what this hardware can do.

The computer itself is amazing. It came a lot sooner than expected which made me very happy. My only problem is that I'm not sure if that computer wasn't returned by someone else, because it has a couple of bumps or scratches on the clear panel which is very disappointing. I'm going to keep an eye on it. No foam on the inside like someone else mentioned. I almost gave it a 4 because of that. But, it has a great processor, really good Rams, 16GB, upgradable to 64, good graphics. My grandson, who is is 10 and an avid video gamer told me that the graphics were amazing playing minecraft.

Had to take it back several times, when they gave me a new one it had a dent in it. My audio doesn't work when I try to use a headset. Had multiple people try to fix it and nothing worked so I can't even use a headset. It runs my two main games I play fine but if you try a game like Sims, good luck.

I decided to take a break from console gaming and get back to PC. I had no interest in building one and this guy was on sale. $230 off. I liked the specs it offered. And when pared with my new 32" gaming monitor, i'm back in business. Gears 5 runs on high settings without a glitch. One of the fan LEDs came disconnected out of the box, but geek squad caught it and i was back in business. So glad I bought this system. Can't wait for my valve index so I can play Half-life:Alyx. Update: still not disappointed a month later.

Overall a great desktop works great for gaming and college too. It's magnificent. Get it for all YA'LL kids and sheet. Runs every game.

Great Price on this PC and it runs all the games I needed it to for the time being and should be easily up-gradable! Good value!

Still going strong! Love the lights, they go well with my LIFX in my room. just wish i could program them as easially. Only Hiccup was when I first plugged in my monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones and printer and on boot up it seemed to have froze not knowing what to do to install all the drivers. Ever since then I've had no issues, and it runs fast and smooth! Fortnite on Epic settings COD of Epic settings iRacing in the future.....

Computer arrived securely boxed. Was easy to get set up, Starts up fast and runs perfectly.

This is my first major PC purchase and my friends all told me i should get this one. Its a great starter PC that will also play all the games i want at a high resolution. The customizable RGB color options are so cool. It comes with a mouse and keyboard as well which is great because i didnt want to have to spend extra money. I like the mouse alot and you can sync it to the same color as your computer too!

When it arrived, there was no packaging material on the inside of the case to keep things from shifting. There was a layer of caked on dust on the fan making me think that it was pre-used for awhile even though I purchased new. When I went to start up it would not display to the monitor. Contacted their customer support. They sent me instructions on re-seating the video card. After several times trying to boot up to see if the issue had been fixed it would start power cycling like it was re-booting several times. I tried contacting their customer support again and all they recommended was try a different video card in it. Sorry that isn't the answer I was looking for, it shouldn't have these issues when it should be brand new. I took it to best buy to see if they could figure out what was wrong, they told me that my suspicion was right, it looked pre-owned and likely had a mother board issue. I returned it on the spot. Now the next part was my own stupidity, I purchased another one. It was in my price range and was hoping them shipping me a pre-owned one was an oversight due to things shutting down for the pandemic. I received the new one a few weeks later. This time everything seemed better from the start however I am noticing some issues again. My gaming RBG keyboard randomly stopped lighting up. Normally I'd think this was an issue with the keyboard itself but a few weeks later and my gaming mouse is completely fried as well. These both were brand new within the past year. The computer also restarts when I chose shut down and it take 2 or 3 attempts to actually shut it down. When it attempts to go into standby it will power down then immediately power back up without any one near the computer. Unfortunately I am now outside of the return window and their customer service is awful. I contacted them again about the issues with this new PC and still haven't heard a peep. I would not recommend this PC or any items from CyberPower. Save the money and go to a better company instead.

Good PC overall for it's price, 200 FPS on most games with maxed out settings! Overall, Great PC!

Met all my expectations, it's an incredible value for the price. It's strong enough as of Feb 2020 to play anything I have on ultra high settings, and is amazing with my Oculus Rift S.
