I had to return this computer. I kept on getting error messages that Windows couldn't download. I called tech support and did a USB windows transfer. Seemed everything worked fine after that but the messages returned again and CyberPower tech support told me that something was probably wrong with the motherboard. My only option was to return it.

I received the PC and it worked well for two days. Then it did not want to turn, so I called Cyber power PC and went through some trouble shooting. We found out that some of the cables were wired incorrectly causing a piece on the motherboard to stop working. So Cyber power assured me they would fix my PC in 2 weeks tops and get it back to me so I can continue to telework and provide for my family. Upon receiving the PC Cyber Power told me it would take up to 4 weeks to fix it and send it back to due to COVID-19. Now I am out $800 and a PC for who knows how long, I would have never sent the PC to get fixed in the first place if I knew how long it would really take. This is one of the most crucial times to have a well rounded computer so you can telework. I was confident that Cyber Power would live up to the hype but unfortunately they did not. I seriously have no idea what to do now!

Driver issues galore out of the box, randomly shuts down for no reason, and the WiFi keeps disappearing.

Had to return. I kept getting an increasing number of Blue screen errors. Ran memory tests etc and contacted Cyber Power. But still could not find the cause. I refused to deal with those sorts of errors especially on a brand new computer.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. I've spent the last hour and a half trying to troubleshoot Windows error 43; Windows is disabling the Nvidia GPU, which means my son can't play any games. Fantastic Christmas gift.

frequent crashes, then had to restore to factory after mb issues, then total failure (would not boot). Not worth my time to fix.

The cpu isn’t properly installed and forget about upgrading this without messing something else up.

Was excited product delivered earlier than expected but disappointed the machine wouldn't post. Happy with BB and have good success with Cyberpower in the past but this one was a dud. Returned it next day and was refunded. May try again at another time.

So, the first Cyberpower tower I purchased had a graphics card issue. Either outdated or just wasn't working at all. The second time I purchased this desktop, it was a hardware issue. I was stuck in a BOIS infinite loop that I couldn't get out.

I had this PC for not even 2 days and it crapped out i turned it off left the house for 15 minutes came back and it would not turn back on do NOT buy this

Read good reviews but still waiting on this to arrive been waiting almost a month that’s why my review is low.

This product could be acquired at half the price. Sell it and forget it.

Defective after 2 months ....No video or sound out of all components.

The computer is great I just had to upgrade the ram and it is running like a dream now.

It is a good computer for heavy tittles like call of duty modern warfare and many other games it never frame drops and it is very quiet and the keyboard and mouse it comes with is very good. This is a great computer for everybody and it will last a long time because it has very good parts. I would recommend to people who are looking for a good gaming computer

I purchased this PC on sale for 799. This is a very good deal for what is inside the machine. It works perfectly after a week or so of constant use. I did not know I wanted RGB lights until I turned this computer on and saw how fantastic the rainbow effect looks. You can push a button on top of the machine to cycle other color choices. The wires are neatly hidden away so the inside of the case looks very clean. I actually got a 1 TB SSD instead of the 500 it was supposed to come with! Maybe you can get lucky with this as well so check when you get the machine. I play mostly older video games (RPGs and Strategy Games) and for that, the machine is more then up to the task. It is very responsive in Windows. I am very happy with this computer's performance. But I am guessing if you want to play modern fast paced action games with all settings maxed out, you will probably want to spend more money on a faster machine. Finally, this computer seems to go on sale frequently. I suggest checking every few days and buying it when the price drops.

This PC arrived in perfect condition and was super easy to set up! I love the RGB lighting and it has a ton to choose from. My only downside is that the keyboard does not light up, but that is it. You can always get another one anyway. Runs games very good.

Although at first I experienced some issues but fixed them easily! Would recommend it to my friends. I was referred to buy this by a close friend of mine! I love this PC!

This pc is good for gaming and multi-use. It is also worth its price especially when it's on sale.
