Great unit. The only trouble I encountered was Microsoft store not opening. Hassle to go through Xbox just to redownload. I managed to get it accomplished. It is super-fast, and I cannot complain as it was next day delivery for the item.

Great gaming computer for our 17 year old son that is a gamer. He loves the uploading and downloading speed of this computer. He said it runs every thing that he wants on his computer perfectly.

This computer replaces a 10 y/o ASUS with all the bells & whistles. It does not have a CD/DVD/BD drive. But it does have an SSD boot and 1TB data drive. I did experience video issues but pulling the graphics card and checking all connections finally resolved the issues. Good mid-range computer for gaming but doubling the memory will help (upgraded to 32GB).

After a lot of research I landed on this machine, I shared it with my friends who have been pc players for a while, and they said this system looked perfect. I'm glad this is my first PC since it was so easy to install.

just got my this a couple of days ago and have had a great experience with it so far. would definitely recommend this pc and buying through Best Buy to everyone I know. The PC runs very smooth and had an easy install process.

I bought my CyberPowerPC and its running wonderfully. its fast, plays all the games i want to play and arrived in perfect condition. i will definitely be buying another CyberPower next time i need to buy another PC.

I love this PC. It is very versatile; it has allowed me to further my gaming experience as well as furthering my education. I would highly recommend. Very easy/simple setup as well as useful tip and tricks for first time pc users.

Swapped out my old system for this new one and all you do is plug, install drivers, and play! Great setup, even better price. I won't have to upgrade for a while now! Thank you to the BestBuy representatives who made this easy.

This new rig is awesome!! Needed a new pc due to age and wasn't looking to get into all the building tech side of the pc. It worked right out of the box and I am more than happy about it! Awesome purchase!

Just purchased this computer online. I was a real fast delivery and the set up was easy. Really a plug and play tower. Like with anything new, especially technology, there is a bit of a learning curve. Windows 11 will take me a bit and all the case lights I am trying to turn off. But it runs my games and programs fine.

I purchased this to stream gaming on twitch. It was simple enough to set up, the only con was that one of the screws to attach the side panel was bent and dented in. I was still able to attach it but cosmetically it doesn't look great. I haven't fully stress tested this pc yet but so far it has been running well.
