Worked great right out of the box, unlike others that always seem to have one or another weird glitch requiring tech support. Big and heavy, but worth it for the awesome airflow, and it's still fairly quiet. Nice little features in addition to the main selling points, like easy access for cleaning and working on components, integrated bluetooth, and no bloatware preloaded.

Great PC for the price. If you are looking for a entry level Gaming PC this would be a great start

Pc works great! Keyboard is fine. But the mouse clicker would stick sometimes.

Its a really good pc, and it goes fast at opening apps and games, I enjoy playing with it, and I love the fact that i can play my favorites games in my pc.

Reliable and fast. Wish the storage was a tad higher for the price point, but I haven't run out of room yet.

I love my new pc. I walked into to bust buy and an employee asked me if i could be helped. i showed him what what i what i was looking for and he found it for me and told me some details about it. Great customer service. Fast, easy, in and out. The pc plays everything i could want with ease and runs my laser engraver at the same time. Way better than my first 750ti prebuilt pc. Would highly recomend.

Other then the fans stuck on red which hopefully cyberpowers helps me with, pc is great!

So I decded to buy myself a nice gaming rig and thought this computer would be a good option based on the specs and the seemly good reviews. I normally build my own but decided to go ahead and save some hassle by getting a prebuild. I was really excited because the computer looks great and seemly has great specs. But when I set up my computer and started using it I became sorely disappointed and as I use it I get more frustrated. Here are some issues that I've had. 1: Was unable to play totalwar threekingdoms due to a crazy amount of micro stuttering/freezes in the main menus and ingame. I did end up solving this one after calling into customer support and having to manually go in and re-do my ram. While this fixed the micro freezes in this game I've noticed I get micro stuttering out of game and when I'm just casually using the computer. In fact I had to restart this review because my computer was stuttering so much. So the stuttering issues isn't entirely fixed - see point 4 2. In addition to this ram problem there has been times where one of my ram sticks just stops working? I notice this because I was viewing my memory proceeds in task manger and noticed I was only get 8g(8 out of 8) when it should be 8 out of 16. So I had to go in again and refix it. 3. I've had some issues with file management - one of my games disappeared of my SSD as I launched it and it just gave me an error message. 4. I'm getting freezes and frame drops in LoL 5. I'm not exactly sure if this is the computer fault, but I'm trying to run the new Hogwarts legacy game and I've been met with FPS drops, stuttering and the graphic recommended to me is "low", not what I expected from my brand new gaming rig with a nice GPU. Could be a game optimization issues, but still quite annoying All and all there is too many issues for a "gaming ready" computer and left me with a dissatisfied taste in my mouth. My old Frankenstein PC was running games and processing much better and smoother than a fresh $1,200 PC rig, so either I got bad parts or this isn't a very good comp. I will be returning this rig and I'll give a replacement a try but if it gives any issues I'll be issuing a return/refund and writing CyberPowerPC off. Maybe it is a sign to get a console haha. Pros: It's a beautiful comp, support was fast/friendly, it was delivered fast.

pretty good machine. However, if you want to connect more hard drives internally, there is no way to do it, unless you upgrade the hard drives that are already there. Otherwise, everything else is pretty much upgradable.

I was a little indecisive at first between the 5600x & this 5700. I decided to go with 5700 ($100 more Black Friday sale) for the 8core n overclocking…etc & I want to become a content creator so I need a multitasking pc & its doing great so far(2months) I would suggest to upgrade the rams & fans off the rip. If you are just strictly gaming go with 5600x, both are great tho.

It has this thing when I’m booting up with my peripherals in, that it won’t boot up I seen that apparently the pc is stuck trying to boot them

It's been awhile since I've bought a new desktop PC, so I don't have a ton to compare to. But I'm pleased overall with this one. It seems to run well, and I really like the look and ease of access via the case. However, when we received it, the RGB lights weren't working, and we finally figured out that the cables were not connected. They do work now after plugging them in, but I still haven't figured out how to get the software to control them. Additionally, it seems to run pretty loud. Again, I don't have a ton to compare to, but it's noticeably noisy.
