Was looking for a first time gaming PC, after doing my search came across this one from CyberPowerPC that met everything that I was looking for. Despite some positive and negative reviews I decided to get it and so far it has been great! just what I wanted, I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a first time gaming PC.

I picked this out for my graphic design classes. I don't like apple products and this has a lot of power for the price.

The CyberPower PC I got for Christmas has been amazing! It runs fantastic and I love it. Everything on this desktop PC runs great. Programs and games load up faster than ever. The RGB lights on the PC are great as well. It even comes with a great mouse and keyboard that let you play right from the get-go! I highly recommend.

The set up was pretty easy and so far it's going really well. Most things are pretty easy to figure out and I haven't had any issues yet. Over all i'm very happy with this computer so far. I received my CyberPowerPC and I love it. My pc is fast, reliable, and all around fantastic for personal and gaming use. I highly advise anyone who wants a prebuilt PC to get one from CyberPower because It is the best computer I have ever owned. Also, I highly recommend the protection plan from bust buy because of the amazing value and quality.

I am a first time streamer and after doing a lot of research, I ended up purchasing this PC. It can handle my console and double monitor setup and it looks really cool too. I am confident I made the right decision to start my streaming career with this PC. The 16gb of RAM was a huge value for the price of other PCs with similar other specs.

I use this daily both for gaming and for school work, I am very happy with this product!!

The computer was broken out of the box. Multiple issues with it. Was nothing too major, it was still usable so I just kept using it to avoid the hassle of bringing it back in right away. I had purchased a two year warranty and after having the PC for one year the power supply went out, I attempted to bring it in to have it looked at and fixed. Come to find out the 2 year warranty doesn't apply if you cancel the annual Best Buy fee which I was not aware of and had just cancelled two weeks prior after seeing the fee in my bank statements and was unsure what it was for. So now I payed $1600 for a subpar computer that stopped working a year after I bought it and Best Buy won't do anything to help. This is not at all what I payed for and I'm very disappointed. I want my money back so I can buy a better computer elsewhere, or a new computer. I bought the warranty in case something like this were to happen and frankly I find it ridiculous you guys aren't honoring this. When I pay for a two year warranty I expect to RECEIVE a two year warranty. Very disappointed..
