The computer was broken out of the box. Multiple issues with it. Was nothing too major, it was still usable so I just kept using it to avoid the hassle of bringing it back in right away. I had purchased a two year warranty and after having the PC for one year the power supply went out, I attempted to bring it in to have it looked at and fixed. Come to find out the 2 year warranty doesn't apply if you cancel the annual Best Buy fee which I was not aware of and had just cancelled two weeks prior after seeing the fee in my bank statements and was unsure what it was for. So now I payed $1600 for a subpar computer that stopped working a year after I bought it and Best Buy won't do anything to help. This is not at all what I payed for and I'm very disappointed. I want my money back so I can buy a better computer elsewhere, or a new computer. I bought the warranty in case something like this were to happen and frankly I find it ridiculous you guys aren't honoring this. When I pay for a two year warranty I expect to RECEIVE a two year warranty. Very disappointed..

I LOVE my Beauty & the Beast; I made this purchase last month and I am very satisfied so far.

Only had this system for one day, it seems to be working quite well, except that it failed to install the Window 11 22H2 update and had to back out of it. It would not reboot. Figured I should install some driver updates before attempting the windows update again, BUT, the documents provided with the system are sorely lacking. Submitting my registration on their website, hopefully I can get some answers via email regarding my system components soon.

Best value for your buck gaming PC for 3070 which is hard to come by for a good

I was worried after seeing some of the reviews after I had purchased this PC. I have downloaded a lot of game content with no problem. I also do not feel that the fan is loud as some have said. I have not needed customer support and have no input on that. The PC has been great so far.

Amazing Computer for the price, if your looking for a computer to run any game, at a very reasonable price. Then this is the computer for you, it beautifully lights up my room with awesome RGB fans and comes with a keyboard and mouse, all you need is the monitor and a headset.

So far I have not gotten any issues, I never had any issues with CyberPower, I like the basic design, I wish there was more RBG settings like in an application, but at least there is a button where I can change it, but overall, I can finally play Elden Ring without any issues.

My son really loves this gaming computer. He uses it to play with his friends online.

So far, the fans are quiet and set up was beginner friendly. Enjoying it so far.

I couldn't be happier. I always have wanted to buy a pc and i had no clue of what to get, i saw the reviews for this one and so i ended up getting it. This pc can run Beamng drive, Rainbow Six Siege, GTA 5, and more on high resolution with ought any problems. Overall great computer.

I purchased this system online and received it as scheduled with no issues. So far I like everything about it. Easy set-up and the aesthetics are great. I purchased this for my kids and they love it so far. It will easily play any of the games that they like.
