Great machine for the money. One of the front fans doesn't light up but it still works. Haven't taken the time to diagnose because I really don't care about it. Runs games at 4k, I don't play any FPS so no real review to put there, but ARPGs run nicely. Would buy again.

I previously purchased a different desktop and had to return it since it wouldn't meet my needs for video processing. The CyberPower PC was the only one in stock that had a video card that would work for my video editing software, so I purchased it. It's easy to set up, but it is heavy. The size is pretty large, it literally is a desktop since it was too big to fit in the cabinet my older computer used to be in. While I have not had any real issues with this system so far, the funky case lights stopped working on day 16 (just outside of the return period) the fans are working, but the lights come on only for a second or two. I work a lot with video production, so I needed decent processing power the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 is a lower end video card that other ones, but it works for my current needs. I do wish this has more USB ports on either the front or top. The mouse it comes with squeaks (like a real mouse) but it lights up! The 1TB HDD and 500GB SSD are much smaller than the ASUS I purchased in 2013. Overall its a good computer, I wish I had been able to research it a little more before purchasing, I probably would have ordered direct and gotten a newer model with better options on the RAM and Video Card than the ones that end up at retail. One nice thing is the case is see-through and easy to open and access. I would not recommend this for just everyday use, as there are lower priced options for that type of system. It would be good for an entry level gamer who isn't too tech savy that is looking for a pre-built. Would also be nice to have some SD card input options built in.

The purchase was incredibly easy and the person who helped me was really helpful. He even got me to throw in a monitor as well. The PC is amazing. It really is plug and play and everything worked perfectly. I can see myself holding on to this PC for a long time

got this pc earlier this month and only managed to get my hands on it few days ago, was discounted during black friday. so far the pc has been satisfying with the specs it has and how clean the design is. hopefully i stay satisfied for as long as possible

It’s a good pc to start with. When I first bought it home, the 2 ram sticks it came with were dead. I had to buy my own which I was going to do anyways. After a year of owning the pc, the motherboard gave out. The warranty only covered a year so I was sad to see the pc die. As of today, I still have the original case, CPU, and the power supply.

I would recommend this to anybody that’s looking to purchase a PC.

Great starter computer only problem was the cpu cooler not having a large enough cooling plate. recommend getting a better cooler with it

I got the CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 5700 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 - 1TB HDD + 500GB SSD - White. This PC is super smooth and easy to use. Games run super smooth at 120 + fps with high settings. I truly recommend it.
