I bought this PC after returning my Asus ROG and I'm glad I did. The case is impressive and the parts inside (Ram sticks, cables etc) are high-end products. The fans and ability to upgrade anything made me love this Pre-build.

Been about a decade since I've had a computer so not a very qualified review. It does everything I need it to, running quite so far. Some apps/programs seem a bit slow/buggy but that could just be microsoft. One annoiying thing is, $1,300 computer and came with a broken mouse. im hoping the manufacturer will take care of it since best buy wont. we shall see.

I purchased this pc 14 months ago. Recently windows would not start, attempted to reinstall windows 11 from dvd, got an error saying this pc is not compatible with windows 11. Tried again but i am getting a no signal on my monitor and the lights inside are not coming on. The only thing working is the case cooling fans. I believe the power supply is bad so i called cyberpower and they told me it is past its 1 year warranty. I told him it is 2 months past you won't cover a bad power supply? He said it is what it is. Point is they don't care that you paid over $1000 for their product that is built with subpar parts.

So far everything is working perfectly it is super-fast. I am using it for work using Microsoft office which usually slows down my computer, but I am impressed how fast it is compared to your normal HP or similar desktops

Better than the low-end computer that I normally get. Does not perform as well as i expected for a gaming computer

Great computer so far! Haven't had a problem with it so far. No problem setting it up or running any games on it. Very quiet computer, which is nice. They included a free 3-month subscription for internet security.

The case clearly wasnt QA’d prior to packaging as the case came with a hairline crack and the gaps are not consistent throughout. I had to remove a random white painted piece of metal from the case in order to fit a NZXT AOI cooler. The motherboard is very shotty as others on reddit, nor myself can find software for it other than the BIOS boot menu. The system did not come with a RGB controller software to enable the GPU to sync with the case. A few of the wires were ran behind the board but between the case frame so the board had to be removed for wire management to be adjusted. Also it comes with Windows 11… Windows 11 is not great for gaming and ultimately causes more headaches than bluelight.

My first real gaming PC, arrived on schedule and well packaged. So far I am thrilled with the unit. Only change I made off the bat was throwing 2 more 8gig stick's in, just to round things out.

Awesome gaming PC, got as a Christmas present for fiancée. She absolutely loves it, able to run all modern games with no issues, Very quiet, beautiful RGB, Now we can play anything together!

Easy setup, works like a charm! Love that they had their own peripherals as well. Only thing was that one of the LED lights for the front fans was disconnected, but it was an easy fix. Thanks CyberPowerPC!

Overall the computer is very good. The performance on gaming (Call of Duty & Roblox) was really good. The only issue is that the inbuilt WiFi card stopped working within a few weeks. While it is very much in warranty, it is too much of a hassle to get an appointment set-up with geek squad to fix the issue.

New PC, was looking at other brands but cyber power had the best specs for their price. It runs smoothly and also works for the architecture software I use for school highly recommend it.
