Hoping this is a great first PC for my son hes getting it as a christmas gift

10/10 recommend. Just got the product and I am having a blast with no issues.

I have been wanting a powerful computer for my son for quite a while now, but I could never manage to find the right one for him, until coming across this computer. He tells me that he is very satisfied with the computer, and it does all of the things that he wants it to do. Great quality product that makes it easy to purchase because it also comes with a keyboard and mouse.

I just set up the computer last night and the first thing i noticed was that it is giving me an error that the Microsoft store file is corrupt and it wont let me install any of the games i purchased through the MS Store. Based on my reading the operating system will have to be wiped and reinstalled. This computer does not come with a disk or a usb drive with windows 11 on it so i am assuming i have to make a recovery disk and go from there. its now the day after Christmas and the cyberpower support is not open today i will wait until tomorrow when they should be open.

I purchased qty 2 - GMA5400BSTV6 systems. I picked these systems because of the expansion capabilities of migrating additional 3.5 inch HDD drives from my old systems. When I could not find the extra HDD bays I called CyborPowerPC support. I was basically told the Best Buy add is wrong, there is no way to add a second 3.5 inch HDD. So I purchased another M2 drive but found that the mounting screws were not included. ASUS says they come with the motherboard. Nope! The system comes with no documentation. One system came with an ASUS B550 motherboard with a WD Blue 512G M2, the other system came with a Gigabyte motherboard and a WD Black 512G M2 drive. The systems have a Windows hologram on the back but no Windows 11 license number or any other information. I also am very dissatisfied with the fact that no documentation was supplied. (Motherboard, Case, HDD, Power Supply). If you just want to open box and turn it on, then you may be OK, the system is pretty fast and should suffice any homeowner. Forget about adding any extra capacity outside of memory dimms or the open M2 slot. I could not find a recovery partition that had any data in it so I backed up the system first thing. If your a novice I am not, (35yrs retired IBM mainframe hardware and software, first PC was a Commodore 64), you may want to look into the Geek support.
