So far no problems with the pc other than a lighting cable was loose. The front/top fan light wasn't working but easy fix. Everything is running smoothly, games run without issues on max settings. So far so good and happy with purchase

I'm a bit slow getting this up and running. So far, my software has not been compatible (I am working with PhotoShop, Lightroom, Filmora, and Professional Canon Photography equipment). I feel like my software is fighting what has already been installed here. It may just take a few weeks to work out the kinks. Perhaps, others who are more advanced in programming will have an easier time using this system. It sure is pretty though... ;)

I got this PC as my starter PC, and I have no complaints. It had all the components I wanted at a fair price and was super simple to set up. It goes well with my peripherals, is pretty quiet and the additional keyboard and mouse was nice addition. I am very happy with my purchase.

Awesome quality. Would recommend for first time users But the lights stopped working after 4 months

Honestly was afraid of getting a prebuilt nowadays with every company trying to put in refurbished and cheap parts but this PC has so far proven its worth, its been working like a charm. The one thing Ive had problem with is the second front fan not working which I will contact bestbuy for.

Love my new setup. I wish I remembered who helped me but it was awesome customer service. He listened to what I needed and suggested things to help! Ended up buying a more expensive monitor than intended… but I’m so happy with my purchase, I do not regret at all!

Purchased this PC for my son and he loves it. The graphics are awesome.

A nice, sleek machine that can run everything that I need it to with plenty of options for future upgrades. The only thing I don't like is the mouse, but considering it's a freebie with the computer I can't complain too much about it.

I recently purchased the CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming Desktop with high hopes of having an exceptional gaming experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this computer has been nothing short of a nightmare. On day one of receiving the computer, it wouldn't even boot up, leaving me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. The quality of this product is unacceptable, and it is clear that there were issues with the initial assembly and/or testing of the computer before shipping. Not only did I have to go through the hassle of returning the computer and waiting for a new one, but I also had to deal with the frustration and inconvenience of being without a computer for several days. While the specs of the computer appeared to be impressive, it is clear that the quality control and testing for this product is lacking. I cannot recommend the CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming Desktop based on my personal experience with this product. Buyers beware.

I went in to refund my gaming laptop in exchange for a desktop. The process was so smooth at Best Buy, the person who helped me was great. Set up at home was simple and easy without much knowledge of gaming PCs. Will leave a review after a couple weeks of use.

I'm really writing this review to get my mouse pad, But honestly out of the box i am really enjoying what this Pc has to offer and honestly it is really good I cant complain, But i will keep you posted if i run into any issues with it :)
