Everything worked as advertised, except the light on the fans quit working.

First time buying CyberPower and it is better than I expected! Setup was easy as most PCs are but would like the option to not upgrade Windows at initial startup. It was nice to be able to easily change the RGB colors. Great PC for the price!

Great Computer that works perfectly and have had no issues whilst gaming

This is my second tower by CyberPower and I loved my old one just wanted to upgrade. This one is quieter than my first one and I like that I can see the RBG on the front and not just the side. Keep up the great work!

had a great experience at best buy while looking at this purchase. the 2 staff that helped me answered all my questions, broke down the info so it was easier to understand and even showed me break downs of costs.

Honestly in these time where pc parts are hard to come by and expensive, a cyberpowerpc is honestly a great choice. Computer runs pretty good and meets all my gaming need and vr needs. Really recommend.

So I bought this back in Dec 3 2022. I never got to enjoy it. It was defective and so I sent it in to repairs. It was in repairs for 2 months and some days. They said the issue was a failing gpu so they'll send it off to get repaired.Here comes Feb 2, BB calls and tells me that they had to junk it do to lack of parts to repair it. Gg BB. They said i have to come into the store and chose another one. But, I have lack of transportation to get there. Everytime I try calling the store they connect me to the international line. They gave me their number ar the Wellington Fl branch but no one picks up the phone.
