My youngest son prefers Alienware products, but my oldest son is skeptical about the airflow on them. He says the specs on this computer should equal it plus have better airflow. We shall see.

i got my pc and the leds are turning on but nothing else is turning on like my keybord is not turning on my mouse either and mh monitor keeps saying no signal and when i try to shut it off it doesnt shut off also when i turn it on it keeps blinking. if you have a idea how to fix it please tell me

This new cyberpower pc has been very disappointing so far. Firstly it arrived missing the mouse that was supposed to be included (keyboard only). Second the rgb lights would not turn on at all. After investigating i found that they where not connected, leaving me to open the unit and manually plug them in. Third one of the top side usb ports did not work, again after investigating i found the cable had been connected to the motherboard so poorly that it bent two of the pins. Overall very poor quality control in the assembly process for a $1000 computer. Lastly and most disappointing for me is that this unit was listed as having 4 internal expansion bays. This is a flat out lie as it only has mounting hardware for the one included hdd.

The pc is great but when you trying to play games it will start giving you black screens, just change the PSU. I changed to 750 corsair and no black screens since. Do not RMA graphics it will not help

Unboxing was awesome, very impressed with packaging and am pleased so far with the setup. Looking forward to testing out further as WoW downloads, along with other games.

We absolutely love this PC! The specs are amazing and the gaming experience is so much fun!! We would definitely recommend this to our friend and family!

This is my 3rd CyberPowerPC. Super fast, nice case and everything looks great! The fan lights are not coming on, but I'm sure I will get that resolved.

Overall it is just good, it has a nice case and the fan's RBG is a nice touch. We had issues troubleshooting drivers for audio and the PC has a poor wifi receiver, so think about buying a different PC if you are not going to plug the PC directly into the modem/router.

Just purchased my first CyberPowerPC through BestBuy. Absolutely great bargain, and I'm very happy with purchase so far. My only complaint is that my PC came with very little packing material, and the glass was busted out of it. Had to get a replacement.

I've had this unit for less than 24 hours and pleased so far. Bought it specifically to run 3D CAD software and it's functioned to that end flawlessly. There is an error message for the graphics card but that hasn't stopped the process from running.

Good features for the price. The only thing is that it said that comes with warhammer 40.000 and it doesn’t. I do r know if it was Best Buy mistake.

Product was easy to set up and is the most competent gaming PC I could find for the price. the 500 GB SSD is a little small I will upgrade to 100GB SSD to compensate. Costumer service was great, PC came early so I was stoked on my order.

Great price for a PC that is very ready to go out of the box. easy open side panel for any upgrades. Playing VR and fortnite with no issues out of the box.

Pc runs great but it came with a dent in the side and the RGB lights haven’t turned on since first start. Been trying to figure it out since it’s my first pc and I can’t find any videos or websites online that will help. A little disappointed considering it’s brand new.

Came in perfectly, and all specs were good. The only thing that had me a bit stressed was the inside packaging. Might've been an error but the packaging was put in before they connected the GPU. Was stressed to take it out but all is good

I gave a 3 star because the video card failed after a couple of weeks. The customer service was great and my new card is on the way. The computer worked great overall. Ran the games I wanted.

We have just set up the new PC but so far so good. The instructions were clear and the packaging was good for protection of the pc.

Good PC for the Price but 3 weeks in and we are having boot up issues as crashes when its turned on. Going to reach out to the customer service for CyberPowerPC as this is my second PC from them and my first was great. Will try to update if possible.

This specific model cyber pc had multiple graphic card errors that became prevalent after only 1 week of use. Looking at forums , this is a cyber power issue that many many others have experienced

Great first gaming PC! Sad mouse is defected but computer runs great. Had to update some drivers to download some gaming apps
