I was facing constant BSOD's (BlackScreenOfDeath) daily until I replaced the Power Supply Unit (PSU) and CPU fan. The stock parts I replaced are so cheap, literally less than $100 for both stock fan and PSU. If you want a good bang for ur buck just build your own honestly. If I would have knew that I would have to buy a $150 cooler and $120 PSU i would have never bought this and just built my own but to each his own. Just dont be surprised if your pre-built has issues.. Ive read countless posts on Reddit about this BSOD issue and people sending the PC out to Cyber and having to wait weeks if not months.. funny thing is that everyone thinks its the GPU and so does Cyber, I know this because I submitted a RMA and they said it was the GPU.. TBH just do ur research and buy a quality pre-built or build your own.

Don't look for support

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a CyberPowerPC C-Series at Best Buy on 11/15/22 after having done a thorough comparison of all the gaming desktops on their web site. The quick start guide enclosed was not much help because it was a generic description of what I might be opening. No user manual was provided. I went to Cyberpower's web site for tech support. There were nearly 1,200 user manual links, but without a product code, my search was doomed. The only product codes I had were from the sales receipt and a sticker on the back of the unit. Neither worked. It should not go unremarked that the product code needed is also the one that is necessary for downloading device drivers and firmware. My last step was to call the manufacturer today. I was referred to tech support and was told that the average wait time was three minutes. After a 20-minute wait with no human response, I hung up. Not having a manual is one thing. Not having access to device and firmware support is a different level of failure. Poor quality

Constant black screens when gaming.

Power Supply issues

All was well until today. Seems the power supply went out. Now we have to buy a new supply. Get it installed and hope fingers crosssed... that the graphics card isn't cooked too. After reading other reviews and online Cyberpower has wretched issues with power supplies. Rapture.

Poor do not recommend

Now I have to purchase geek squad from Best Buy which is more money. I am actually really upset with this given that the first one I had purchased had a broken graphics card out of the box. So so out of two I have had two broken PC’s.

4 Spoiled Kids

Great gaming computer

It came with an M1-131 mouse and mechanical keyboard with LED lighting. In the past year I haven't had a single issue with it and I've put it through the test, running some demanding games on high settings while keeping background programs running at full. It has never overheated nor crashed1. I have absolutely 0 complaints with this setup.

Do not buy !!!!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this Gaming desktop for my sons 10th birthday had it sitting in my garage for about 10 days after purchase once I got it all set up and wires all tucked and everything tie wrapped he played on it for 3 days and then one night he asks me to help him with the pc it keeps telling him no signal on his monitor , upon restarting the pc , double checking all the connections and swapping different HDMI cords and cables then going to a display port still keeps telling us no signal , I had a spare rtx 3060 from my old pc build , after I swapped the graphics card it fired up just fine . Blows my mind how these company’s can sell this junk . Stay away
