    Waste of your money

    For starters, the PC arrived with 2 of the LEDS disconnected in the back so I had to remove the back panel and reconnect them. Not a huge deal, but for $1400, it shouldn’t have happened. My next issue was with the motherboard. At first I thought it was my mouse because my it was frequently disconnecting and reconnecting but it was pulling other USB ports down with it. Then, after only one day, it started the cycle of death. Turning off and turning back without stopping. Thankfully, BestBuy was amazing with my return and recommended that I stay away from CyberPower in the future.

    Having lots of freezing issues and random stuff happening. I just got this a week ago. Same thing happened with the last one I got.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This device drops signal from our DPC/HDMI cables (will shut off in the middle of a game) and won’t pick up our audio devices. We’ve tried working with CyberPC directly to get the issue resolved, to where they had us send in the graphics card (thinking it was broken). We got a new graphics card, and nothing is still registering. After this process, Best Buy’s return window has passed, CyberPC cannot offer us a refund, and our only option now is to send the device to CA so they can look at the whole thing. Truly dissatisfied with both Best Buy and CyberPC. Should’ve returned the thing as soon as it dropped the first time, but we are first time PC owners and we we thinking it was our user error. Avoid this brand at all cost.

    Great Starter PC

    I've been wanting a gaming PC for awhile, not only for games but also so I could work from home. I use software that takes up a lot of RAM so I immediately upgraded the RAM on this computer to 48 gb. It's fantastic as it comes. The graphics card is more than you need for most games and it's a super fast PC. I really love it so far. The only thing is that the fans are loud, I will probably upgrade the CPU cooler at some point.

    Came with a bad gpu. If the price seems to good to be true, it usually is. Can not recommend, not worth the headache. When youre paying this kind of money for a product it should not cause immediate issues.

    Maybe if cables were connected….

    Received it, removed packing and saw the sheet saying some cables may need to be re-connected/came loose. That was an understatement. There were multiple connections on the ribbon cable, including the power button that were not connected. No indication where they all went or what was needed. I asked Best Buy, if it was better to return or if someone can look at it. I didn’t buy the additional service so they said return. So I returned it. Looked good on paper but wouldn’t turn on so a complete waste of my time.

    Overall very excellent rig, pc has good graphics, good LEDs, not to loud, and I believe that it is worth it for the price. A great pc for beginners.

    worked like charm for the first week but then the graphics card would randomly shut off, crank the fans to 100 and the monitor would go black (no it wasn't hot or being over clocked either). it never recovers either just have to hard reset and pray it didn't do it again....which it did, over and over. currently in the exchange process so maybe if the replacement works as intended I would still recommend it but if its another dud there is no way I could tell someone to spend money on it

    Great Computer

    My husband got me this PC to replace my laptop. I have been wanting one for a while and my brother suggested it due to speed and efficiency for both work and school. I am going for a graduate degree and work A LOT online. This computer has made me very happy, it comes with a mouse and a keyboard as well which was nice because my previous ones did not work with it due to Bluetooth issues. I like the equipment in its entirety despite my not being a gamer.

    I bought the PC at a local best buy as my second PC, and im very impressed with it! The overall quality is very good, and it runs very very well, haven't had any trouble yet. Plus, with it including a keyboard and mouse, it just makes it that much easier to get started with it. Any game i play can run at max settings and the only thing i need to upgrade now is my monitor. Very Recommended.

    I was looking for a pc that was compatible with pc vr, so I ended up giving this one a shot. I was amazed on how good this ran everything that is graphically challenging. Played all my favorite VR games Flawlessly and im pretty sure this would be the best one to get for its price and value. If your thinking about getting this pc, GO FOR IT.

    Kept restarting in the middle of gaming and right when my 14 days was up the pc restarted on its own and no longer displays on my monitor. Biggest waste of money

    initially buying this pc, i was a little afraid due to cyberpower's general reputation with gamers and pc builders, but i was pleasantly surprised! not only is it an extremely easy setup, but it also runs all of my games like butter! (runs games like valorant at up to 600fps w/o vsync, games like genshin at 60+, 60 being frame cap). the extra storage is super nice, and the led customization is very simple too; for those struggling, its the button next to the usb 3.0 cable. i mistook it as a restart button initially myself. overall, great value for a prebuilt, especially for the price. 10/10 from me!
