Focusing solely on the PC, it has been great so far. I didn't run into any issues getting it set up such as loose cables (though I took it right out of the store rather than ordering it online), and it is almost absurdly fast. My experience with Best Buy itself has been mixed, as they first forgot to add one of the items to the bill, then accidentally marked it as sold on the spot when I had to pick it up from another store the next day, and finally forgot to give me the Microsoft Office bundle that I paid for. Lesson learned: double check everything when you buy!

Ive had my pc for about five months and i have no complaints. The gaming experience compares to no other once you game on one of these bad boys u wont want to go back to console. Great pc for anybody getting into pc gaming.

I got the CyberPC with less ram and ended up buying more so its essentially the same as this one. They are both great pcs for gaming and school

Bought it as an upgrade to replace my old HP Pavillion Gaming Desktop for 3d work. It worked like a dream and it was super easy to set up.

Absolutely Love my PC. Exactly what I wanted and needed. Not to loud and love that it shuts down on its own for me after my allotted time I chose. Perfect for everyday use, remote work and some gaming fun.

I had a msi gaming laptop before and this is a huge upgrade. Just started gaming again and this pc was so easy to setup and start.

This PC was probably one of my best purchases. I thought I would end up regretting it BUT I didn't I ended up really liking it. Its great right off rip as well if you're wanting easy access to gaming.

Purchased this tower for myself on black Friday 2022 and couldn't be happier! Upgraded from an Xbox series x and it is a significant improvement in all aspects! Great for entry to mid level gaming in my option. Right now i have an omen 144 hz monitor and play mostly shooters. The rig handles the top AAA games and has been nothing but a good time from the time i start it up to the time im ripping myself away at night for work in the morning to pay for gaming addiction. Great bang for the buck

Fantastic computer and runs everything smoothly. Only problem is the fans are a bit loud but other than that its fantastic

Shipping was fast, so far the computer looks fine , right of the boxes it was well wrapped so i was happy to see nothing broken during the shipping. after completing the setup with windows 10 the pc was ready to work so i started installing games and try them out, so far I can run mostly everything at high graphic and over 120 fps so the frames looks good . ssd works fine everything is smooth for now and pretty fast it take approximatively 10 sec to open the computer. So My only negative point is the noise of the fans , its almost like having a vacuum to youre side everything else is perfect.

Great PC, runs smoothly, looks slick, was easy to setup. Here's to hoping it lasts a while. Definitely would recommend.

Great computer, Only complaint is that the graphics card it comes with is one that you can't buy a custom water cooling block for, so don't buy if you plan to add gpu and cpu water cooling,

Overall a great pc when I got it it was super easy to just start up and set up I had no issues this is a great PC.

this company has been very good to me they have been helping me along the way with the problems I have it is an amazing PC I recommend them the mouse and keyboard that comes with it are amazing it runs on most games
