I got this PC and it's great so far. only complaint is that the keyboard came with a faulty space bar.

Nice and quiet. However mouse was broken when it came out of the box.

I've had this for about 2 days now and I'm already having issues. Initially when I was typing up my review I planned to say so far so good. It has a decent graphics card, decent processor, and solid storage. All things that would lead to me saying its a good machine but then I tried to launch a few games... I keep getting error code 0xc0000005. I know it cant be the games as I've played them on my previous system repeatedly. After spending some time looking up fixes I found out that it may be faulty RAM . I'll be contacting the customer support soon to try and resolve this but so far I'm very disappointed. If I cant get this resolved soon I'll be returning the item.

Played well for months. Randomly started getting black screen video card errors. Sent it in for repair and it worked again for a bit. Began experiencing the same problems but not as often.

A little pricey Needs another fan.HP products are really good.

So far everything has worked great. Son able to game and vr.

Ryzen goes up to 85c so not sure if the cooler installed is great. Usb ports not so great. Not a fan of the motherboard(asrock b550-c). I had issues with no microsoft store in when i booted it up the first time also. But i guess its good for its price.

it came fine. great out of box. had issue with the wifi because the quick guide did not tell me to put the antennas on. I don't like it has a HDMI port that is dead in the water and I thought it was just me but its a common fix to just use the second HDMI port

Super upset Set the brand new computer we bought did not have windows installed on it. We had to end up paying an extra $60 for windows. Even though it was a windows computer, it also tends to shut down Random ly

Computer is excellent but the tech support is lacking. I'll be contacting them soon to resolve issues. Things I asked to get installed don't work and others don't appear to be installed

Bought this PC to replace my old HP Pavillion gaming PC. Couldn’t seem to run World of Warcraft smoothly. Tried for 3 days to mess with settings, uninstall/reinstall, check storage, ram, (etc). Everything was in working order but still couldnt play the game without lag. Hooked up my old HP Pavillion Ryzen 5 with a graphics card half as powerful and ran like a dream again. Not sure why it couldn’t handle it when the PC is supposed to have 3x the power needed to run the game. Overall not a good gaming PC. CyberPower will not be my choice of PC again.
