I have had nothing but issues since purchasing this PC. The input lag is insane despite swapping out keyboards and mice and even monitors. Even while playing usual low demanding graphic games, my mouse and keyboard input is at least 1-2 seconds delayed even after changing settings. The PC will randomly think I'm pressing the B key and get stuck, forcing me to restart to fix. I've attempted to factory reset a couple times, I've reinstalled drivers, I've tried everything. The PC is a piece of garbage, I regret buying. Save your money and sanity and skip over this one. Most games are unplayable, I shouldn't have to play on the lowest settings for minimal demanding games with a 3060.

This was a terrible purchase. It had good reviews and the specs had what I was looking for, but right out of the box, it wouldn't work. I had issues getting the PC to display on the monitors, I had an issue with the PC staying powered on. I got a blue screen of death at one point. The farthest I got was being able to login to my Microsoft account before the computer crashed trying to install Google Chrome. I tried troubleshooting for four hours and getting help from a friend who is a PC aficionado. I would not recommend purchasing this unit and would look for something else or building your own.

Would not recommend if you plan to stream and game. Though it may be good for just streaming this PC just does not produce the power you will need to stream. I plugged a mic, camera, headset, keyboard and mouse. Then turned stream on and before even starting a game it bogged down bad and stopped working.

Year and a half later. 3 out of the 7 fans don’t work, constant power problems, and WiFi connection is terrible unless you hardwire to router

It a great computer but it mid rang so the best thing is that it can only handle 1080p 60 fps

Pc is not worth the money. I had this pc for a total of 2 months that I could play on it, I don’t know much about gaming pc so all I did was game nothing else. The 3rd month it started to reset constantly and would never stop Best Buy was no help telling me to go back to the manufacturer, cyber power so far has been no help. I have paid 300 in shipping back and forth to try and get this pc fixed. Buyers beware Best Buy won’t help you after the 15 days and you might be like me stuck with our your money or your product.

I have not been happy with the CyberpowerPC. I have had consistent problems with it shutting down and overloading RAM despite having a ton of extra memory installed. Now the mother board has gone out and it is just over a year old. very disappointing.

The computer was easy to set up but would randomly shut off multiple times.

The USB ports started randomly failing within 30 minutes of unboxing it. I’d have to unplug and replug the usb device for it to start working again. Tested every port and they would all stop working randomly every couple of minutes. Then the computer started freezing and would have to be restarted. All this within less than an hour of setting it up.

My recommendation is to NOT purchase this pc. After only one month of light usage this pc began to experience a severe problem of suddenly powering off, even just 5-10 mins after boot up. Now I’ve spent an additional $140 to ship the unit to their repair center. We’ll see if they can actually fix the problem.

I got this PC at $1099. Even the guy at best buy was impressed of the price. Given that it's a recent 2023 release. Cyberpowerpc I think did a great job on this gaming pc. Right out of box very easy to set up. I'm a console gamer with limited knowledge of gaming pcs but since learned alot. Personal preference I upgraded to 32gb of DDR4 ram. It boots up very fast. So far has played every game I've thrown at it. I would definitely recommend this PC if your on a budget and want a decent PC build.

Crashes alot needs upgrades to be decent its not meant for multiple displays

I have always been a console gamer. I had heard that P C gaming is a whole new and exciting experience. I decided to give it a try and since I have started, I have not plugged my Xbox back up. This PC is definitely fast, user friendly and quite possibly the best "big" purchase my wife and I have decided to make in a while. Now she wants one. I play Rust on this PC and it runs smooth as butter. I would like to try COD and Fortnite next. When I do I will update my review! If you are trying to choose between this PC and another, just take mine and a lot of others advice and get this one. You will be so glad you did!! 110 out of 100!!!!

This computer lasted 6 months before it crashed and then I had to pay over $200 to ship it back to them under warranty. I will never buy this brand again. Terrible service for a computer "under warranty."

Not worth it even on sale. Ran ok for 1 day next day wouldn’t even show anything in the monitor. Took it back and the geek squad couldn’t figure it out. Returned it and lost money over it! Learned my lesson. So you don’t have to…

I'd been putting off getting a new gaming PC for months. Finally went for it and found this one which is great for the price. Plays everything I've thrown at it on Ultra settings, including Cyberpunk 2077. As others have stated, the fan runs loud but that's due AMD intentionally making the CPU work to its full potential more often. There are software adjustments you can make if you search on youtube to help resolve this, which I intend to do. Everything runs extremely fast, the packaging was great, RGB looks good (but is hardware controlled only, as the software & bios controls don't seem to work, but not a big deal). My only nitpick is that the RAM sticks were installed next to each other in slots 1 & 2 which goes against the motherboard's own recommendation to use slots 1 & 3 in order to take advantage of faster dual channel memory...but the system is powerful enough that you may never notice the difference anyway. I did change that myself, but note that you'll need to tell the BIOS "Yes" when it asks you to reset the fTPM as it will warn you there's been a structure change. ALSO, be sure to disable the Gigabyte "App Downloader" within the BIOS as that just shows up as a blank black rectangle and does nothing every restart. There are several videos online on how to do that as well. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase for the price to performance ratio....I expect this will last for years to come.

The computer, however, is a dream. Out of the box, it's a little power house and handles graphic heavy games extremely well. Quick, quiet, and the lights are really cool. Added an extra 32gigs of RAM and this thing is utterly amazing. If you're looking to get started with solid gaming PC, this is it. - 5 Stars for the Product Staff was less than helpful, 2 employees actively avoided me, casting a glance before burying their noses in their cell phones. - 1 Star for the Store

The operating system was missing key components for it to function properly. Geeksquad was as dumbfouned as I was. In the end, I went back to Mac. I’m sorry, Apple. It won’t happen again!

computer runs well and all that doesnt have the microsoft store downloaded on it an will not allow u to download it so good uluck with that im returning it
