I reached out for help and they shipped me a brand new one within days! great customer service.

Every game that I play runs absolutely fantastic. The only thing I would recommend is obtaining more RAM if you plan on running multiple heavy usage programs at once as modern gaming and streaming at the same time can cause things to bog down slightly. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints and would 100% recommend.
