Great deal foe the computer. Having trouble with the graphics card secondary hdmi plug. Otherwise a great buy.

Great computer. For some reason I cannot get ethernet to work though. Just wifi.

Solid, like super solid. Nice whip, could use a muffler but she gets the job done.

Bought this computer during the Black Friday sale as that price point was good. Received it with no issues, set it up and all seemed fine. I used it for about a week, I loaded up a League match and the entire thing went black, shut down completely. I tried to turn it back on, RGB lights come on in the case but my monitor said no signal. Tried absolutely every troubleshoot out there, tried different monitors, different cables and nothing. After a week of use, I was left with a pile of junk metal. Immediately returned it and will be building my own now. Proceed with caution when buying.

The 16GB of RAM is a little light. Most of the high-end games won't run it without stuttering a little unless you turn down the graphics options to medium in most cases. Games like New World, Baldur's Gate 3 (3rd act), and others.

Fresh out of box, App Store will not download apps. Called tech support they said reload windows if you still have trouble call us back.The unit is colorful.

I’m disappointed. I ordered it on Black Friday to hopefully get it shipped to my apartment. I forgot to put the apartment number but the address was right. Normally it would be laid right next to the mailbox inside the apartment but I didn’t see it. It would at least have my name. I called back just to be told it got taken by a dude name Robert. Nobody in our apartment has a name of Robert. I called to get it reshipped to the Best Buy store instead so I can pick it up. They told me specifically they would email me to verify it was lost or stolen within 24-72 hours. They never did. So I waited and went to the store just to be told it was never rescheduled to be shipped to the store. Which is one 23 street. He did give me an option to go 44th street or 14th street.m, so I decided to go to 44th street. He specially clarified I would get it on the same day. Arriving to 44th they did have the pc but unfortunately would give to me due to there system and policy. They told me to call the Best Buy number which I did 10 times. At this point I didn’t know who to trust so I waited the next day to get on call just to be informed they are in the process of shipping it to the 44th street but I have to wait 2-3 hours to get a call about verification and security. Unfortunately again they passed the time and didn’t get a call. I’m very upset by this because I moved to NEW YORK to find a job asap for my school at School of visual arts. And now my finals are due tomorrow and I’m not close to benign done only because I didn’t receieve my PC. It’s hard to awake up early to go school, go to work, go back to school and go home around 2 and repeat. I wanted to invest this pc so I don’t have to do this at all

Had to return this PC because it had a factory defect. The port to plug in the cord was blocked by the case and there was no way to fix it without breaking it.
