Fresh out of box, App Store will not download apps. Called tech support they said reload windows if you still have trouble call us back.The unit is colorful.

I’m disappointed. I ordered it on Black Friday to hopefully get it shipped to my apartment. I forgot to put the apartment number but the address was right. Normally it would be laid right next to the mailbox inside the apartment but I didn’t see it. It would at least have my name. I called back just to be told it got taken by a dude name Robert. Nobody in our apartment has a name of Robert. I called to get it reshipped to the Best Buy store instead so I can pick it up. They told me specifically they would email me to verify it was lost or stolen within 24-72 hours. They never did. So I waited and went to the store just to be told it was never rescheduled to be shipped to the store. Which is one 23 street. He did give me an option to go 44th street or 14th street.m, so I decided to go to 44th street. He specially clarified I would get it on the same day. Arriving to 44th they did have the pc but unfortunately would give to me due to there system and policy. They told me to call the Best Buy number which I did 10 times. At this point I didn’t know who to trust so I waited the next day to get on call just to be informed they are in the process of shipping it to the 44th street but I have to wait 2-3 hours to get a call about verification and security. Unfortunately again they passed the time and didn’t get a call. I’m very upset by this because I moved to NEW YORK to find a job asap for my school at School of visual arts. And now my finals are due tomorrow and I’m not close to benign done only because I didn’t receieve my PC. It’s hard to awake up early to go school, go to work, go back to school and go home around 2 and repeat. I wanted to invest this pc so I don’t have to do this at all

Had to return this PC because it had a factory defect. The port to plug in the cord was blocked by the case and there was no way to fix it without breaking it.

Computer seemed great but I found a much better computer for about the same price. I would recommend looking at refurbished or open box setups.

I cannot review this as it is a Christmas gift and has not been received nor opened as of now. Ask me again after the first of the year.

Horrible Thermals, Avoid at all cost. I had to return mine. 90 when idling, and turns off when gaming. You cannot go any lower than this. The specs might be appealing but you cannot even run the pc without having a loud fan ruining your space, or it shutting off on you randomly for being too hot. Avoid at all cost.

Bought Nov 15,2023 and it quit working Feb 2,2024. Called to return it but apparently warranty ran out Jan 14,2024 for in store return. That’s not even a 90 day warranty. Highly upset. Brought to Best Buy today to have it fixed in store only for them to tell me they can’t fix it because they don’t have a contract with cyber power PC to fix their products that I purchased from their store. Don’t Buy!!! It’s junk

good for the price, make sure you are ok with just 8GB GPU and DDR4 before you buy

The computer is fast and great for gaming. Until it isn't. Don't know what happened but my PC keeps crashing and refuses to load games. It's not even a year old.

I ordered this on Nov. 14th its been almost a month and i still have not received the item, when i ordered it said it would be shipped next day. The next day it got moved to will be shipped 2 weeks away so i waited. Now it shows as shipped but the tracking info shows its never been shipped. They charged my card without it being shipped which is againsted their "delayed" policy and their support has not been helpful and down right rude at times.

I decided to bite the bullet and purchase the PC since it was on sale. I was excited and went home to set everything up. Everything went well until the PC randomly decided to shut off. It happened so unexpectedly until I turned it on again and continued to set up the PC. All of sudden, you guessed it, the PC decided to shut off completely again. The idea of a pre-built PC is to have everything working properly. I decided to return it and did not even bother getting it exchanged. Poor quality control is apparent with this brand.

About $240 to fix after a windows update. Apparently the ram also broke after only having the computer for 3 months, and they charged me to replace it with worse ram. Manufacturers warranty apparently doesn't do anything for computers. Won't buy from bestbuy again.

Ram stick went bad in 3 months. Best Buy did make it right though

I got this pc a few months ago, since I got it, i’ve had major issues, it can hardly run any games i own even in low settings, i’ve tried optimizing everything, but i’ve never had as much screen tearing type issues until i’ve owned this pc, terrible rig, they didn’t even test it i’m sure

Product was shipped on time, received with no damage but died in 24 hours. We troubleshooted with the manufacturer but the system was dead. Best Buy provided a full refund.

Excellent beginner PC for anyone looking into gaming. Runs your standard games perfectly (Fortnite, Valorant, Minecraft, Call of Duty, Etc.), and produces high FPS. Some things I'd recommend are to change the power supply and upgrade your RAM to two 16 GB sticks, maybe change the fans as well because they can get quite loud. (Nothing a pair of good headphones can't fix. ;) ) I paired this with Samsung's Odyssey 27" 240hz G40B monitor, and it is just wonderful. I'd say grab this while it's on sale for Black Friday for $899. Overall great PC for beginners and good specs for the price!
