Purchased in Nov 2023 for our son for Christmas Gift. Plugged in on Christmas Day. Would not turn on. Tried multiple outlets, clicked the power button on/off in the back while trying every other button on the front. Waiting days now for a replacement.

Purchased this PC because of the discount that I received on Black Friday. The shipping was very fast and arrived in 2 days, which is 2 weeks faster than what the estimated shipping time would be. It was very easy to set up and took no time. The performance of the PC is a lot better than what I was expecting and is overall a very good build. The only downside I think it has is the fans do get a little noisy when running video games on high graphic settings, but for me I barely notice the sound.

Opened Christmas eve, kids super excited bc its a big present. Set everything up and go to turn it on and it wont connect to monitor. Turned it off and tried another monitor and it will no longer power on. Its completely dead.

This gaming PC is totally awesome! It runs games super smoothly and looks cool with its flashy lights. Setting it up was easy-peasy, even for a newbie like me. Plus, it loads games super fast, no more waiting around. The graphics are like whoa, making games feel real. It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the gaming experience it gives. Overall, it's a big thumbs up from me!

If you want an item that is highly likely to be a defective piece of trash, then waste your money on this.. I regretted the purhcase the second I found how they cut corners in its production first hand.

My son’s keyboard didn’t work. I took it to Geek Squad and they reordered it for me. I got an email saying they can’t get the keyboard and it is up to me to find a replacement.

I recently purchased this PC, and I couldn't be happier with its condition and extras. It even came with a free keyboard and mouse that really fit the aesthetic to the pc. I wasn’t expecting that because I thought it was to make the pc look cool on the preview image. The pc shows no signs of damage and it came in a huge box which had 30% foam for protection. Not to mention the pc is very easy to power on with just a plug and a click (What did I expect from a prebuilt lol). This PC has exceeded my expectations. :) This pc is also a decent price for the specs offered. Though I haven’t tried it yet due to my monitor delaying in delivery, im sure this pc would be good if you just want casual gaming. To add on, I was recommended this pc from a couple of friends that have this exact pc with it’s exact specs and they run games pretty smoothly. Overall, a fantastic purchase for anyone looking for an aesthetic pc and free keyboard and mouse!

This system packs a punch for value and build! It has good quality specs, and an amazing in game and productivity performance. Only thing about it is that it tends to get really loud at times. Aside from that, everything is great!

This pc is incredible for its price. It includes a free mouse and keyboard. It might not be the best, but it will work on the long run. It works really well on games, and it runs smoothly. Although it is a good pc. I wouldn't suggest it is the best. For its price yes, you can improve by buying pc parts for it to make it even better, but thats optional. This is a beast of a machine for the price. The latest RTX 4060 TI graphics card can handle all the newest games at high frame rates. To top it off the rig comes with 2TB of SSD storage which is very rare at this price. This will allow you to put most of your games on the C drive without having to buy any portable storage cards. I got this thing for black friday last year on a sale, and this thing is an absolute beast. It runs every game well, I rarelt have frame drops but every once in a while is normal for every pc. This is a great first pc and i would highly recommend to anybody looking for a higher performing pc for a reasonable price.
