First, the shipping was delayed by over a week, which was disappointing. When it finally arrived, I hoped it would be worth the wait, but it came with dents and rust on it.. the screw holes were warped on the box which made it hard for me to get the inner protective packaging out & replace the glass case.. and I ended up getting the Blue Screen of Death within the first few days of use. I’ve tried troubleshooting, but it keeps crashing. For the price I paid, I expected better quality and reliability. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed with this purchase.

I'm not much into doing upgrades myself, but I guess I will with this machine. On paper, the specs beat my previous machine, but this thing doesn't handle heavy graphics nearly as well. Lots of stuttering in even the tamest of VR applications, which is what I use my computers for, for the most part. Not sure what that's all about. I would not buy again.

Same location in house, same internet provider, same everything else other than this PC. Never had a problem gaming until buying this. My old PC worked like a charm, but I thought I would upgrade to a gaming PC to play Fortnite with my kid. BIG mistake buying this. Can't make it through a round without the gaming locking up. Horrible purchase. Wish I had my old HP back. Save the headache, buy a something else.

Best Buy wouldn't take it back. The manufacturer will replace it, but requires you to pay the shipping cost. What a poor experience and bad product.
