Great PC for the money! Got it on sale for great price!

This PC can easily run the latest games at 1080p resolution with high settings at 144hz+ (Fornite/Halo Infinite/Overwatch, etc). It's been working great so far and I have had no problems with it. This PC will likely last you a few more years before the 30 series graphic's cards become cheaper once the 40 series releases by RTX/GTX.

I had a problem with this pc where it won’t display on my monitors, the pc turned on, lights were on, it was as if it was working, but my keyboard and mouse stopped lighting up, and there’s no signal. I called cyberpower and they gave me two options: 1. Ship it to cyberpower’s facilities so they can troubleshoot the ox and replace whatever part is the problem. Well, their facility is in California and I live in Ohio. The guy told me it would probably take 3 to 4 weeks. Maybe even more. 2. Return it to Best Buy and get a refund or exchange it. So I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and exchanged it for a new one. But guess what? Same problem. Works perfectly fine for a day, and then it just stops working. Trust me, I researched how to troubleshoot it myself but nothing worked and a lot of people seem to have the same problem, but no solutions. I bought this at first after seeing so many great reviews on this. It met everything I needed and more. And it was like the only affordable pc that’s this good. And when it worked, this pc was absolutely killer. But guess it was too good to be true. I don’t know if geek squad will be able to do anything but if they can’t, I’m gonna have to get a refund. If the same problem happened TWICE, getting a refund is a no brainer. If there’s ANY solution anyone can think of, PLEASE let me know.

so glad i upgraded and got a new pc. i am in love with it...

bought this on may 30th and so far so good....got the 60 day warranty just incase lol....ya never know.. but i am happy with it and it seems really nice...im just a beginning gamer and not sure where it will go from here but i do like the tower case and lighting fx

This computer is a great buy! Very quick startup with the SSD and has ample storage with the 1TB HDD. The dedicated memory on the video card allows my system memory to run a great many games and Photoshop with out any lag. I am very pleased with my purchase!

I added another 16GB ram to it after purchasing. Swapped in my GTX 1080 founders edition can play most games on high to ultra efficiently. Great for photo editing and video editing. Can stream effectively with this PC too.

I bought this gaming PC for Christmas and I'm loving it so far. Everything is running great and expected. However, I bought the PC with a Samsung monitor bundle, it took me a while to figure out that the monitor doesn't have a speaker so there's no sound coming from the PC.

My new computer arrived fast and was easy to set up. It was up and running in less than 15 minutes. The only issue we have is that we can't figure out how to get the LED lights to turn on which would be cool but obviously does not affect performance.

Purchased 2, Return 1 multiple times, ultimately purchased a differnt desktop. Poorly made, light can blow out, USB stops working occasionally and won't connect wireless xbox controller.

Fair price for such a good product! You will like the chassis design, and the optimized cooling system. Not to mention the new Windows 11 OS, which is a big step-up from Windows 10. Five out of five!

I'm in a learning process of the pc gaming world myself but overall I find this PC to be nicely built, I really like it.

I Am having so much trouble with this pc. I exchanged it for another one, thinking it was a defective pc. Issues: Peripherals keep getting disconnected during gaming. I’ve updated drivers, fixed power saving options on multiple things as I did some research and saw that it could automatically disconnect to preserve power. I’ve uninstalled usb ports and reinstalled. So I got a new pc, exactly the same issues. I’m thinking about just returning it entirely.

We got this PC for our son for Christmas. He was pleasantly surprised. He loved it and all the features. It was worth every penny. Definitely recomend.

So far so good only complaint is that the system refers to itself as generic? And.... odd trust certificates invalid? Already? Probably a user thing and not a PC thing. Oh and the AMD software claims not compatable with the PC?

The computer I wanted was not available to buy in store and I asked an employee and he was not helpful. I had to ask an other employee and thanks to him I was able to leave with the PC that I wanted. Im very happy with this purchace.

The purchase on best buys website was very easy and fast. My order was actually already done and ready for pick up within 15 minutes of my purchase. I love this computer as well.
