It broke on me TWICE

First time I sent it back it was the GPU and got it fixed and a month later to today it broke again for the same problem. :(

The fan is pretty bad so i recommend you to buy a better fan in case

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using this PC for about a month now and although its been running well for me theres some things that people may find trivial but to me its a big deal when considering tge price I had to pay for it. Upon receiving it, I saw that one of the USB ports was unusable because they didnt put it together right I'm guessing poor quality control on their part which was one of my concerns with these prebuilts but I brushed it off. Within the next few days one of the fans rgb light went out and doesnt come back on. Then thats when I started to get worried, fast foward a couple of weeks and now suddenly my accessories will randomly turn off and turn back on almost to the point where it just spazzes out for a good 5-10 min. At this point I'm utterly disappointed with this purchase and I can't recommend this product to anyone, just do yourself a favor and try to avoid this.

Motherboard issues 6 months in

I purchased in March of 2022 so it should still have a warranty. Motherboard crashed on me twice and I have to pay for the repairs. Just frustrated with this whole process right now

not performing well / extreme lagging

PC wasn't performing to its standards. Returned and exchanged for something else. Pretty disappointed, but maybe we were just unlucky to receive a defected product. Best Buy customer service was wonderful. 5 stars for customer service, 1 star for the product.

Complete trash

Terrible experience

Too many problems

Horrible
