back of pc looked dented or shoddy construction. Appearead to have incomplete documentation. Fans and lights inside of pc worked intermittently and eventually lights on some fans just stopped working

not a bad pc if you are in the market for one a pc

The graphic cards on this PC has a known issue with playing the game fortnite. After a while playing the PC will just randomly shutdown. Also you cannot upgrade this PC to windows 11 without buying TPM 2.0 Component

Works well, had a bit of condensation built up on the heat sink fan, now and the. Games will freeze or take longer than expected when loading up.

My lenovo y545 laptop 3 weeks ago died on me and it was aproaching 4 years and my wife knew I wasn't having a good time on it anymore. She took me shopping yesterday for my early birthday present and I stumbled across this bad boy is an incredible and amazing true upgrade. I used to play rust on graphic settings 3 while very low on everything else. I maxxed it out on everything and it still loaded up faster and I didnt drop under 120 fps, I was really averaging between 150-170 with the LOWEST being 120. I cant wait to see what else it can do but honestly this thing saved me and my gaming. Also I was going to buy a custom pc build but it really wasnt affordable, my build which had the same processor and motherboard on another site was 2200 dollars with tax but without a monitor. These guys made me still have an amazing truly incredible experience at much much less. I am 24 years old and this is the best thing I have gotten in my life apart from getting married and getting our pet dog. If you are debating, dont, this system is fully worth the money and honestly like 200 to 300 dollars more. It is a very VERY good deal for the performance I received! I also would and will recommend this pc to friends and family alike. Also one last P.S. just to give a real account of the performance increase I noticed. When downloading my razer chroma apps for my keyboards, I was able to download all 5 separate apps, while installing the main chroma app, and while downloading some steam games, It didnt stop, it didnt slow down, and it wasnt even that loud, my laptop wasnt able to handle anything close to what this does.

I purchased this PC for my son 09/17/22, after doing a lot of research on the best one to buy, sadly after a month or so its already ready acting up, cannot get a signal, even after trying to fix the problem myself, i give up, and ready to send back to manufacture, paid a lot of money (over $1200) for this. Very disappointed.

Have never heard a PC so loud. Fan noise was really bad. PC wasn't that bad but couldn't deal with the racket it made.

PC runs amazing, fan noise but thats all. Already a 10/10. I love AMD and the price on this was so good it blew the other pc's out of the water lol I had to go with this one.

Got this PC specifically for gaming and boy oh boy is it a beast. On CSGO, I average 400fps. So Crispy and so smooth, would highly recommend this PC to anyone that is looking for a Great Upgradable PC! pS; When you first get the pc make sure you search AMD and make sure you drivers and graphics cards are all up to date <3

I want to preface this with saying the people who helped me at the Garland location were fantastic. They were friendly and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Now onto the PC itself... I was wanting to build my own but due to budget restrictions and my own impatience I decided to go with a prebuilt PC. I was wary at first but after having it for a few days, I am very impressed. The PC runs so well, it plays all the games I want with no issue, its quiet, and it was budget friendly. I'm not one to worry about aesthetics, but I will say, the case looks great and the RGB lights are pretty. I was also impressed because my purchase included a keyboard, mouse, game, and 6 months of antivirus software. I was under the impression it was just the PC so that was a nice surprise. The keyboard and mouse are both pretty decent themselves too. I highly recommend buying this PC if you're on a budget or not.

Great computer out the box, a little loud at times, yet it is worth it if you have it under your desk or so. It is a wonderful machine to play games and watch movies, stream and just as a work computer. Great value for the price.

I have had this pc since august 2022 and haven't had any problems with it. Actually its preforming better than i thought it would on every game and would recommend to people looking for a easy to buy pc and for beginners like my self.

Runs perfectly smooth on everything I need. Also has the ability to receive upgrades easily. Good for pc beginners and people with smaller tasks at hand like good sized games and software.

My husband and I have been looking for a gaming desktop for a while now and haven't had any luck until we found this one. The employee who helped us answered all the questions we had and made sure we knew what else we would need for our desktop to make it all run efficiently. This best buy always has great customer service. It runs smoothly and is very quick with uploading things we download. There is no bogging down when we do play our games which we have had issues with in the past from other brands. A hug plus is the multicolor lighting when it is on! We highly recommend this to everyone!!
