I am NOT a gamer, but I do work in IT and Iwas incredibly impressed with the value of this unit. Ok graphics to get you in the space, good and latest AMD processor. My friends game and just couldn't justify the cost for some of the higher-end models. I just want to game a little, and CyberPowerPC made it happen. Great unit!

This is a very good starter computer for anyone who is trying to get into gaming on a PC. The lights also make the PC look very nice especially it matching the mouse and keyboard.

I have had a good experience so far, it might be our Wifi, but I have been struggling to have a consistent connection with this product. Based on my experience, I would recommend a hardwired ethernet connection as opposed to a Wifi connection.

I just purchased this machine, mainly for detailed photo editing plus normal everyday usage, and it is fast! I may end up adding memory down the road, but for now it definitely is meeting my needs.

CYBERPOWERPC HAS FAKE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE SCAM best buy should not sell this pc in their stores if they cannot service them, instead customer has to mail the pc to California and pay for shipping both ways. It is insane how bad the pc is, had it for few months and is was rebooting every 15-30 minutes because AMD graphics card was crashing. Reinstalled windows few times does not help, TOOK IT TO BEST BUY AND THEY TOLD ME THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO I BESIDES SHIPPING MY NEW PC TO CALIFORNIA AND PAYING FOR SHIPPING. so I had to take a loss on $1300 purchase. First Gaming PC and Its a 10/10!! very user friendly, would highly recommend if you are trying to expand the RAM or make any changes to it. The door will give easy access for any modifications.

Super frustrating experience. I bought this as an open box computer. When we went to turn it on, the store hadn’t cleared its password and it still had the demo hub up. Without the store’s password, we could set up our own account. So I tried calling and using the online chat service to get the computer cleared, neither worked. So, I’m having to load the computer back to the store.
