Problems throughout
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this open box for a stupidly cheap price. But BB's open box items are hit or miss. This was a serious miss. I could tell they had already replaced the gpu because when I got it home, the thing wouldn't boot on restarts. White light on the motherboard tells me it wasn't recognizing the gpu. A BIOS update fixed the issue, but after the flash the RGB lights wouldn't change colors on button press and was stuck on rainbow. The video also would flicker at times telling me the gpu was dying. The igpu worked fine but the 7600 nothing but driver issues. Also the RX7600 is not very impressive. You're lucky to get decent game play on medium settings at 1080p on AAA games. Don't even try 1440p. Cheap parts throughout like the Apvia PSU. Ended up finding out that the RGB light problem was a bad cable. In the end I returned it just because it was a boatload of problems. I should have sold it for parts on the marketplace but not worth the hassle.

Bad keyboard that I wasnt allowed to return

Thats why 3 stars, if the keyboard worked, or I could of exchanged it, I would of given this a 5 star.

bestbuy and cyber power needs to do better

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the pc itself could have been built better also the customer service for cyberpower is horrible i called with a issue and got hung up on, bestbuy originally shipped my pc when it was supposed to be for pick up i took that pc back which is how i ended up with this one. bestbuy broke the other so i got this one. bestbuy never offered me anything for there failures and this pc ive called cyber power and geek squad and both were clueless to what bios was and told me to never upgrade my pc that i should always take it to a shop. this pc isnt great and needs more to play most games at high settings you could get a 3060 or 70 and its would blow this pc away for a cheaper price

It came damaged

Bad graphics card.

When you spend $1000 on a gaming computer you expect to game . After six days the graphic card would crash all games. The Radeon card has problems with windows and the driver would time out and get shut down by windows. Driver time out delay, big issue with this card, After hours on Reddit and other forums AMD admit issue with drive time out delay but have no fix. I ended up paying $300 for a comparable Navidia GeForce card and things are great. Morale to the story, store put together pc having no clue of issues with hardware, do some research on your own.

Waste of money and time

This rig sucks, cant play a single game. Cant even launch any games. Constantly freezing, constantly having to restart. My older pc with older ryzen series in it runs better than this one, bought this because I wanted an upgrade and it doesnt even work. I absolutely do not recommend. There are tons of "fixes" I have tried and nothing has worked. I would love to know how all the people who said its great actually got it working. Most likely just going to return it and go back to my old pc because atleast that one can run all my games.

Faulty Purchase? Crashes 24/7

I dont know if i was sold faulty software, but it does not run ANYTHING. Ive had it for a few months and ive tried everytbing. All up to date, brand new, full virus protection and i cant do anything on it. Maybe 2 apps work and the rest crash, microsoft support and cyberpower support are unhelpful and dont know whats wrong with it either. Ill update this if my exchange is accepted and if the new one is fixed, but as of today this computer is awful and doesnt run like its supposed to.

Not to happy!

Then exactly 33 days later the graphics card just goes out. Called to get it replaced with the warranty and I have to PAY to send it back and it could take up to a month before getting it back. Seems like a terrible quality graphics card for a $1000+ pc. Just saying might be easier to build your own so you know what’s going to to it!!! Not to happy my pic will be down for a month after just dropping so much money on it 33 days ago!!!!

Worst experience

Horrible PC

Not worth the hassle

DO NOT BUY CYBERPOWER
