Support ghosted me when I needed a new PSU

I installed Baldur's Gate, and during the middle of the game my PC just died. So I booted it back up, and then it kept happening whenever I'd play Baldur's Gate or Spider man Miles Morales. When I reached out to support they were very responsive up until troubleshooting was done and the next step was a psu replacement. I stopped hearing from them after that. I called support, they told me to wait to hear back. After I submitted a second ticket, I never heard back. I ended up replacing the PSU myself and I haven't had any further problems. I did some googling and the PSU's they use in these units are very low tier, so I'm not sure if I would have wanted whatever they would have sent me as a replacement anyway. All other components have performed admirably.

Great Pre build

Really can't beat the components that this comes with for such a low price tag. All AMD machine is a solid choice!
