    GREAT PC, CRAPPY SERVICE FROM BEST BUY. WE WERE THERE FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES LOOKING AT THE COMPUTERS AND NO ONE CAME TO SEE IF WE NEEED ANY HELP. I WILL STILL BUY ALL MY ELECTRONICS AT BEST BUY BECAUSE THEY HAVE GREAT FINANCING OPTIONS AND I MANAGED ELECTRONIC RETAIL STORES FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND I DO NOT REALLY NEED THEIR HELP......BUT IT WOULD BE NICE IF SOME ONE CAME AROUND TO SAY HI.
