Slower Than Expected

That being said, I expected this PC to run much faster than it does. I have had to buy additional RAM and another hard drive to get it to run efficiently. For the price I expected much better quality.

Beware

Best Buy did everything they could to help, but I don't recommend this PC to anyone.

Terrible

Could not hook up to wifi. Returned it and got the 2nd one. Now the GPU is bad in this one. The top 3rd of my screen randomly flickers. Does cyber power not quality check their computers? Looks like ill be returning this one too and definitely NOT getting another cyber power. Very poor quality to have 2 in a row not function properly. Also this 2nd one, windows did not install correctly. Cant use alot of features because it didnt install the app store. Hours wasted setting up 2 computers to have both be WORTHLESS. At least best buy gives you 14 days to return.

Lagging and Crashing out of the box

Tried Geek Squad and they have not been ANY help. Wanted them to remote into my son's computer hoping that it is something simple regarding settings or something. I already paid almost $300 extra for additional warranty so why would I have to pay another $40 for remote help. But they did say that we can unplug everything & lug it back to best buy to exchange it for a new one. What a hassle that is going to be!!!

Unreliable

While playing games the computer just reboots itself, mind you the games I am running are on the lowest settings yet it still reboots itself. Even my old computer which can barely run games is better.

What a disappointment

From day one throws up an error code and crashes. What a waste of time to set up it and have it crash constantly. Returning it this wekend going for a different brand and model. 1400$ what a disappointment
