The computer set is very goodand nothing unusually great

Amazing storage great speeds only problem was the box came a little beat up

So far so good for my 10 year old gamer. No major issues, starts up quickly out of the box.

I've had this for a month and found out after weeks of troubleshooting that the ram is deffective. Best Buy did everything they could to help, but I don't recommend this PC to anyone.

I got my first one, the wifi card did not work. Could not hook up to wifi. Returned it and got the 2nd one. Now the GPU is bad in this one. The top 3rd of my screen randomly flickers. Does cyber power not quality check their computers? Looks like ill be returning this one too and definitely NOT getting another cyber power. Very poor quality to have 2 in a row not function properly. Also this 2nd one, windows did not install correctly. Cant use alot of features because it didnt install the app store. Hours wasted setting up 2 computers to have both be WORTHLESS. At least best buy gives you 14 days to return.

The computer seems like it would have been good EXCEPT it keeps lagging & crashing. Tried Geek Squad and they have not been ANY help. Wanted them to remote into my son's computer hoping that it is something simple regarding settings or something. I already paid almost $300 extra for additional warranty so why would I have to pay another $40 for remote help. But they did say that we can unplug everything & lug it back to best buy to exchange it for a new one. What a hassle that is going to be!!!

This computer is so unreliable, it has so many different issues whether it’s an issue with the WiFi or an issue with the computer. While playing games the computer just reboots itself, mind you the games I am running are on the lowest settings yet it still reboots itself. Even my old computer which can barely run games is better.

its great except there's no sound coming from the monitor and Microsoft couldn't even figure it out. Gonna contact cyberpowerpc tomorrow.

Idk if its a faulty Ram or what..but games lag, crashes computer! From day one throws up an error code and crashes. What a waste of time to set up it and have it crash constantly. Returning it this wekend going for a different brand and model. 1400$ what a disappointment

I was super excited for this computer but it stopped turning on before a full month of use. Started having issues right after the return period ended too so I couldnt even return it without purchasing the stupid store warranty. Overall very disappointed in the purchase.
