Bought my PC from best on 11/1. I turned it on and my top fan on the front of my pc was turned off also the rgb in the store was a solid rainbow on all the fans but my pc fans change color and flash its super annoying but overall, the Hardware is good.

Possibly worst prebuilt I’ve ever seen. If you max it out your temps will be 80-90c. I’ve had to replace the motherboard and install an Aio just to get it down to 40c on max load. There are only 2 fan headers so you have to daisy chain the only 3 fans it comes with. Tbh don’t waste your time with prebuilt it’s such a headache right now

For some reason there’s no sound, even when i plug in my headphones. The headphones work when it’s plugged in to the screen but not the tower.

Within a few months the RGB on the fans went out. It would come back on sporadically. Then when I slid my tower across my desk to plug in something it shut off and restarted on its own. Then the lights were doing something weird with colors I’d never seen before and the color switch button no longer functioned. Then the morning after I’d played on it and done nothing but play a game for an hour, I go to turn the monitor on and it says “no signal”. The monitor was not the issue and nothing I could check myself worked. Cyber Power PC will only work on it if I spend hundreds of bucks to ship it to them in California and had the audacity to say the weight of the graphics card can make it come unseated. Then for the lights, they use tape to keep the connections together. Their quality is total crap. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER unless you want to be faced with having to shell out hundreds of dollars later.

This system works well but cant hear anything don’t connect to any speaker or headset tried everything

It crashes a lot. Its either: games not optimized for Windows 11, bad psu, or low RAM. Honestly, for gaming, if you do not buy another RAM stick, you'll most likely have the same crashing issues I have. I watch the temps and they do not get that high, so I assume its RAM/software issues. Out of the box, I'm disappointed in this product. Would not recommend. To many things to customize and add to make it usable.

The specs look good on paper, but it kept crashing for me. I would avoid. After first booting, the RGB fans didn’t light up. I fixed this problem by removing the back panel and plugging in the cables for the RGB fan. After first setting it up with my account and etc. I noticed it was acting suspiciously slow for the specs that were described on the box. Continued anyways, thinking it was just a blip. I tried playing a game and it immediately crashed. I also went to return this PC in store and noticed another guy carrying the same exact PC into geek squad, so needless to say I bought a different brand. Some workers told me this was a common thing with this particular Cyberpower PC. Hopefully this one works out.

It was pretty good but because of a problem i had to change it.

Wont display anything I connected to graphics card and even to motherboard and no signal whatsoever super bummed out since I returned the same model but with the RYzen 7 5700 for this one that has the 7700 and what a mistake it was the other pc worked like a champ

It makes extremely loud and noisy sounds as it runs, even for small tasks like browsing on the internet. I have to wear a headphone to keep that sound away, I am disappointed to have this issue for a PC build like this one.

Used it twice, froze up after asking to update and shut down. Came back on to black screen. Online community suggested it was either vid card, motherboard, or cpu.... returned it. Disappointed to say the least.

PC would thermal throttle using chrome, PSU whined and fans would run at 3300 rpm at all times. Push-Pull configuration was wrong, all fans pushed air in.

Fan runs loudly even when just watching netflix. I stream and all my viewers can hear it every time I unmute my mic.

Ran hot running any game, had super LOUD fans, and to top it it blue screened day 2 and wouldnt boot up. Dont waste your money.

It broke after a week. After I got it it was working perfectly but then it stopped posting and geeksquad said that it was beyond repair.

first shot at buying an Ibuypower, returned within two days.. seem to have issues even setting up completely or correctly.

Returned after a week. Lots of problems. Never buy this brand again.

I originally got me a Lenovo Vantage but after having 2 faulty units I decided to return and spend the money and get me a nicer unit I was recommended this cyberpower by one of the employees over at the geek squad and I have to say it’s the best bang for you buck for sure I’ve had it for about a month now and have absolutely no complaints I did overclock it and turned up the fans to max speed to keep temperatures down and I have to say it’s a bit loud (out of box configurations it’s super quiet) I did upgrade my Ram to the Corsair vantage 32gbs 6000mhz(I got them as a gift) and plan on getting a water cooler for my cpu( just for looks because temperature on cpu is always around 49/52c) the pc runs all my games fantastic including Apex at 150fps/ forza in max settings and a couple other mid tier games. I am a casual gamer who plays about 1-2 hours max a day and I have yet to have the pc crash on me or even over heat, the thing I love the most about it is that it’s built with quality parts and it should be future proof for quite some time even with its outdate 4060ti but being honest there is absolutely no need for anything better for the gaming I do overall I’d recommend this PC to anyone who is looking for a perfect out the box prebuilt

Fan broke within 10 days and it no longer was in working condition.

This is our first real gaming desktop and we are very impressed with lots of features. First of all, the packaging was so good, and unpacking instructions were user-friendly and simple! The computer case has tempered glass on both sides, can be opened on one side to access hardware easily. RGB colored fans are so amazing and beautiful! In terms of design, the configuration of hardware, size and color, everything is great! I tested to run some pretty big programs to see how noisy it can get and how fast it warms up, I had no problem AT ALL! It may get a little bit loud when it works full-capacity but it doesn't bother! The computer runs fast and smoothly, responds program switches pretty good and fast. Honestly, I was a little hesitant to buy a PC with Ryzen processor since I have been a loyal Intel user for years. I wanted to give it a try and I am pretty much impressed with the performance of this new processor and I am happy with this purchase.
