Had it for six months and worked flawlessly. However now I have sent this pc to the factory and got it back. Just to have the same issues again.

Returned it in an hour. Graphic card didn't work. They wanted me to remove/reseat it and I did still dead. Spent a lot of money and wasn't happy that they asked me to open unit and reseat memory and graphics card. Really? A brand new computer? So disappointed in this product

Bought this PC for my son for Xmas and it will not run any games. Games are choppy and laggy then the sound cuts out. Did all driver and software updates with no luck. My son is extremely disappointed. Will be returning asap

Do Not Recommend. Purchased for son who wanted to use it for enhanced gaming. After 2 days of not connecting to the wi-fi it finally connected by purchasing a separate adapter. Now it crashes when trying to play games.

Very unsatisfied with BestBuy. This is the second computer i have purchased from there that does not work properly due to programs not being installed. Will be returning and dont plan to purchase in the future.

Just overall not great. Spend the extra money on a better pre built. Has too many issues. Poorly assembled with a crazy mix of internal parts.

Was satisfied with the specs of the computer. Lots of good specs and a good price. Not sure if I just received a bad batch but the fans would get really loud at random times. the display PCs at the store sounded 10x better than mine. All the fans worked but when I looked in the Bios noticed that one of the fans wasnt registering. By looking at fans they all worked but it raised concerns as I had just bought it. people online were saying that if the fan isn’t registering in the bios but working it could be that the fans aren’t spinning fast enough to populate the information in the Bios. Overall giving it a 4/5 because the specs are good.

Its been less than 2 months and we are having issues with the system. It keep restarting on it own

Have had this computer for 1 year and it has been amazing! I can play most games at Ultra settings and run multiple programs without issue. Does well for competitive games along with single player story driven games.

This is my first ever PC and I’ve been loving it! Thank you so much for the amazing specs on this thing, graphics are smooth, crisp and performance is amazing for gaming! I just got another monitor to multi-task on homework and work as well and it’s not even laggy or buffering! It’s just an amazing prebuilt computer for work/gaming or even movies! 10/10 would strongly recommend this to others and definitely will!
