this is my first pc and most likely my last. it runs great and has amazing specs for the price. and on top of the already great specs it is also extremely easy to change out and exchange parts

Super impressive computer. Very easy to setup, took about 5 minutes to get everything ready and up and going. Just tested playing Minecraft, start was cery fast and playing was no issue. Love my purchase.

Great pc. Easy setup and great performance and appearance. Added a 2T add. It was the easiest addition I’ve ever done. Thanks to their design it takes only a few minutes and no tools. Very happy and would recommend!

Great graphics and the pc itself looks so nice, but the fans are extremely loud. I stream and viewers always mention how overbearing the sound of the fans are and they are loud no matter what (be it playing a game like Genshin Impact down to a game like Minecraft or merely opening up the internet tab).

had a few kinks in the beginning but updated the bios and it has run smooth since.

I purchased this computer with advice from my game designer son - in order to play Genshin Impact online. The computer is very powerful and runs this massive big very well. The graphics are great - no lagging - or any other issues running the game. However, I am having hardware issues. The ports seem to be bad, and I am trying to figure out how to deal with it. I use a wired C to USB - XBox controller. The controller disconnects constantly. I had to go to a wireless mouse/keyboard to stop those from disconnecting. There seems to be 1 port on top of the machine that works fairly well. But the USB ports on the back of the computer are having these issues. I have contacted BestBuy and the company. I was told to run a BIOS update, or to send the computer back to them. I am contemplating what to do. Very sad that this great computer is having these ridiculous issues. I purchased it November 28, 2023 - with the issues beginning within the first week.

This was my first gaming Desktop purchase. Set-up was very easy and quick. I've had absolutely no issues so far with the desktop and the speed of the computer is flawless. Would buy again.

Super easy to install, I took it right out of the box and plugged it in with almost no struggles. Only thing i don’t like it how loud the fans are but i highly recommend!!

Had the computer for just under a month now and it's been working like a dream. Runs my games incredibly smooth. For the price this seems like the ideal setup!

The computer is super fast. The fans were really loud initially. Read post and it's a easy fix in bios. Games run fast and smoothly.

Great set up for its price! Running games at high end graphics settings with no issues. And pro settings at 300fps

Has been a great PC for gaming and work. Had issues with the fans being so loud all the time but got it fixed by adjusting the windows power settings. Most annoying thing about this PC is the rgb lights so I unplugged them. Everything else has been stellar!
