Great looking PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The PC looks great, and has some awesome specs to it, The only dislike I have about it is the single RAM card. However I had an issue with the first one I got, it came damaged with the M.2 SSD broken off inside the case. Thankfully speaking to my local Best Buy Reps they were able to exchange the computer, and have another one sent to my home in only a couple days time.

I bought for my boyfriend for his birthday and he loved it . The lights the colors . Best Buy was helpful and always answered all questions to make shopping a great experience. I recommend going to Best Buy .

The first one has MSI internals (lots of USB ports) but had crashing issues. After troubleshooting and customer service calls with Cyberpower, I exchanged it for the same thing. This time, it had Gigabyte internals (less USB ports) and was poorly packaged. So much so the heatsink on the GPU was damaged upon opening (the foam usually placed on the inside to prevent this was only 1/4 activated in the pack offering little to no protection). After opening and discovering this, I returned it as well and bought the components to build my own. Still give 2 stars due to this being my only problem with Cyberpower in years.

I'm not much of a gamer, but will see what I can do. It does have a sticky start button. Not sure if it is catching on the case or if there is a problem with it. Sometimes I have to punch it a couple times.
