I just wouldn't...

The first one has MSI internals (lots of USB ports) but had crashing issues. After troubleshooting and customer service calls with Cyberpower, I exchanged it for the same thing. This time, it had Gigabyte internals (less USB ports) and was poorly packaged. So much so the heatsink on the GPU was damaged upon opening (the foam usually placed on the inside to prevent this was only 1/4 activated in the pack offering little to no protection). After opening and discovering this, I returned it as well and bought the components to build my own. Still give 2 stars due to this being my only problem with Cyberpower in years.

Black screen often

I'm not much of a gamer, but will see what I can do. It does have a sticky start button. Not sure if it is catching on the case or if there is a problem with it. Sometimes I have to punch it a couple times.
