Its a good decent pc for the price but if you guys do buy one get the member warranty so worrh it

Was great at first, but it would not run well and would overheat easily. It was in a well ventilated space and would struggle to run basic games. I loved the way it looked and ran at first but by the second month it would struggle to download/run anything. I’m certain they have great products since my first month went great but i did have to return the pc.

the pc itself could have been built better also the customer service for cyberpower is horrible i called with a issue and got hung up on, bestbuy originally shipped my pc when it was supposed to be for pick up i took that pc back which is how i ended up with this one. bestbuy broke the other so i got this one. bestbuy never offered me anything for there failures and this pc ive called cyber power and geek squad and both were clueless to what bios was and told me to never upgrade my pc that i should always take it to a shop. this pc isnt great and needs more to play most games at high settings you could get a 3060 or 70 and its would blow this pc away for a cheaper price

3 weeks after buying the motherboard went out. Wouldn't buy again.

Waited for shipping arrival and it arrived with an inoperable power supply. Sending back and awaiting a replacement.

I bought my rig over a year ago AMD Ryzen 7 7700 16gig of ram with Nividia GeForce 3700 graphic thing has been a monster with no issues with the tech. Motherboards that they use allow for upgrades as your budget expands planning on getting better graphic card in next couple of months but running great at 64gig of ram that I upgraded too. For the price and quality of tech used you cant beat these guys!!!

I got this computer during tax free weekend, and I'm so glad I did! It was in my budget and it was perfect for my needs. My goal was to get a strong gaming computer (that runs all the AAA games, minecraft, flash games) that was still affordable. It's fast, has lots of storage for multiple AAA games (Marvel's Spider-Man, Star Wars Jedi Survivor, Minecraft, God of War, Stray, and other smaller games.) The LED lights are awesome for any gamer set-up. This set even came with a LED keyboard and mouse!! The set up was simple, though the instructions couldve been slightly more clear. It came with multiple wires, and it took maybe 20 minutes to set up (I'm a beginner at computer set ups). I highly recommend this product, it's in the lower price range for gaming PCs, but it still perfectly runs AAA games and has lots of storage space left over. Plus, it comes with the keyboard and mouse, so you save on that extra cost. 5/5 stars

Currently undergoing RMA process with CyberPowerPC. Unfortunately I think the graphics card was shot. The computer would freeze after an hour of game time constantly. I know this isn’t the fault of Best Buy. Just hope they fix the issue.

Died after 2 months of use, had problems with it since purchace but would work fine until it bricked itself

It was pretty easy to setup, you can't beat the price for all the specs tbh. Cyberpower has been very reliable I own an older one and it still runs extremely well. The fan is VERY quiet & doesn't make any noises at ALL. been about a week or so I'm still testing it out. However I did have issues with the bluetooth.. it keeps cutting off & glitching when I use my wireless beats headphones with the PC. but other than that everything seems to work flawlessly. don’t buy unless you pick it up yourself, it came delivered broken. it gave me constant blue screens.

PC was super quick to set up and easy to get up and running. The directions are very generic and some steps do not apply to this specific machine, however it's a lot faster than I expected and handles all the gaming needs I have with a great price. Lucky to snag this in store same day.

Amazing PC for gaming and for any activity of your choice. Super quick setup, everything you need comes in the box. Amazing customer service as well helping pick out such an amazing PC. Graphics and processors are amazing. not much more you can ask for if you want a PC for everyday use! Highly recommend.

excellent starter pc have had it for a few months now and it works just like new. can run fortnite, marvel rival, cyberpunk 2077 on ultra settings no problem.
