I bought this pc 4 month ago and put new ram as 32 gb total 6400MHZ when i turn on axmp my pc start rebooting again and again and i decide to reset it when i done it reset i found a another account at start up one was mine and one was default with username and password does anyone know why is that another account on there …. I.m Counfused

best gaming PC i just got it today and its super fast

Out of the box there were no issues. All items were in the box and nothing was damaged. The tower booted up first try and has not had any issues since startup over an hour ago. Item also was delivered to my home on time. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and the service.

This was a great deal originally. The computer did do the restart after sleep mode as others mentioned; it was annoying but livable. Then, about a month after I bought it, when I turned on the power button, the fans would light up but it wouldn't boot. I called Cyberpower and they walked me through some things to try. None worked. I paid over $300 to ship it from the east coast to get them to look at it under warranty. It came back and said they replaced the memory. That wasn't something they asked me to try. It would have saved me a bunch of money. When I got it back, that rebooting from sleep mode was absent. Now, 2 weeks later, it's back. I bought it March 1, 2025. It's June 25 today.

Bought this computer for my kid, he loves it. Runs all of his games he loves at a high frame rate and he couldn't be happier. I will also recommend watching videos on gaming pcs. Theres alot more to a PC than just the CPU and GPU, so get informed and see what PC suits you best! Amazing seller and PC, will definitely recommend purchasing!

Great entry level pc. I could not have built a pc with these components for this price. Cyberpower pc are a fantastic way to get into the world of pc gaming.
