    Set up was easier than I thought but I would have liked a 3rd USB port but other than that, my daughter loves it.

    Major safety issues: graphics card failure

    I purchased the CyberPowerPC Gamer Master with the AMD Radeon RX 7600 (8GB) and 1TB storage, expecting solid performance for gaming. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing and concerning. Within a short period of use, the graphics card failed catastrophically—it actually lit on fire. This was not an installation or usage error on my end but a clear manufacturing defect. And I am very glad I was home when it happened otherwise who knows what could've happened While the system’s design, storage, and initial performance seemed decent, the safety issue makes it impossible to recommend. A graphics card catching fire is dangerous, and I would strongly advise CyberPowerPC to improve their quality control before releasing units to customers. Pros: Decent storage (1TB) Reasonably fast for standard use before failure Cons: Graphics card (AMD Radeon RX 7600) failed dangerously Serious manufacturing/quality control issue Potential fire hazard Overall: Until the manufacturer addresses these issues, I cannot recommend this system. A gaming PC should deliver reliable performance, not pose a safety risk.

    graphics card seems to be acting up. Says there is no signal going to the monitor. I have only had this for a month or so and it is already having issues.

    listen the pc was actually great! my first ever gaming pc and it ran so smoothly. for reference i was running minecrafte with over 80 mods and shaders perfectly fine and downloaded stuff really fast. so why 2 stars? because window decided to shoot itself after updating and completely corrupted. so getting this pc is a big 50/50 as my friend had also first gotten this pc before the fans started glitching on her and she got a different pc. so again im sure this pc is find but if you dont want to risk the pc kicking the bucket so soon probably look into different ones

    Faulty Power Supply

    I have returned this PC twice due to receiving defective products. Both PCs have had power supply issues that caused the computer to randomly shut off after only a few months of use. Given how highly the computer is rated and how many high ratings there are, I assume I’ve gotten bad luck in which products I’ve been given. However, for how expensive the product is, it’s completely unsatisfactory to have to continue to replace every few months. I will not be returning to this product or CyberPower.

    Purchased new online and did a store pick up. Didn’t realize until after gifting it that it was an unadvertised OPEN BOX. This was not supposed to be the case as I did not buy an open box

    Great computer hindered by either AMD hardware/software or single channel RAM. For the past month I've been facing constant crashing throughout my library and tried everything to get it to stop. Gameplay is good for about 10 minutes then your games will either lag to a halt and crash or freeze for about 8 seconds then return, AFTER you've turned down your GPU's max frequency manually. Did I just get a faulty unit?? I can't tell. Wouldn't recommend unless this gets resolved.
