    graphics card seems to be acting up. Says there is no signal going to the monitor. I have only had this for a month or so and it is already having issues.

    listen the pc was actually great! my first ever gaming pc and it ran so smoothly. for reference i was running minecrafte with over 80 mods and shaders perfectly fine and downloaded stuff really fast. so why 2 stars? because window decided to shoot itself after updating and completely corrupted. so getting this pc is a big 50/50 as my friend had also first gotten this pc before the fans started glitching on her and she got a different pc. so again im sure this pc is find but if you dont want to risk the pc kicking the bucket so soon probably look into different ones

    Faulty Power Supply

    I have returned this PC twice due to receiving defective products. Both PCs have had power supply issues that caused the computer to randomly shut off after only a few months of use. Given how highly the computer is rated and how many high ratings there are, I assume I’ve gotten bad luck in which products I’ve been given. However, for how expensive the product is, it’s completely unsatisfactory to have to continue to replace every few months. I will not be returning to this product or CyberPower.

    Not the best. Slow,not sure how this was so highly rated. cheaply made. it’s pretty basic and average.

    GPU died after two days

    After two days of gaming on this PC, which wasn’t getting the expected frame rates, all the ports except one on the GPU quit working and the AMD software quit working and wouldn’t install due to an error. After bringing it to Geek Squad they suggested returning it since we just bought it so that’s what we did.

    Great computer hindered by either AMD hardware/software or single channel RAM. For the past month I've been facing constant crashing throughout my library and tried everything to get it to stop. Gameplay is good for about 10 minutes then your games will either lag to a halt and crash or freeze for about 8 seconds then return, AFTER you've turned down your GPU's max frequency manually. Did I just get a faulty unit?? I can't tell. Wouldn't recommend unless this gets resolved.

    Purchased new online and did a store pick up. Didn’t realize until after gifting it that it was an unadvertised OPEN BOX. This was not supposed to be the case as I did not buy an open box

    Don’t waste your money

    Didn’t come with hdmi or dp cable. Kept black screening and getting stuck in boot loop. Returned it and exchanged for another one in stock. Same thing with the second one. Don’t recommend it at all especially if you plan on playing games like fivem where it kept happening.

    Worthless piece of Junk

    Can’t play Call of Duty game keeps crashing and can’t even play a game from 2016 which is Ark. Ark will load up and as soon as try joint a server it crashes. Called Best Buy to see if I can get some help with why the games keep crashing all the guy told me was when did you buy it. I told him I had it for a week, he said return it. Worst $1000 ever soent

    Ours was great, had good graphics for the price, and ran fairly smoothly on some moderate-level games. Unfortunately, ours died within less than a month, at which point it was not usable. I do not recommend.

    It is a very nice pc but I just got it October 17th and it keeps disabling the internet connection and keeps saying no available networks. I troubleshoot it from YouTube and it fixed it for one day and the next day did it again. Now I was told my warranty is over and I don't even know what to do.
