After two days of gaming on this PC, which wasn’t getting the expected frame rates, all the ports except one on the GPU quit working and the AMD software quit working and wouldn’t install due to an error. After bringing it to Geek Squad they suggested returning it since we just bought it so that’s what we did.

Didn’t come with hdmi or dp cable. Kept black screening and getting stuck in boot loop. Returned it and exchanged for another one in stock. Same thing with the second one. Don’t recommend it at all especially if you plan on playing games like fivem where it kept happening.

Can’t play Call of Duty game keeps crashing and can’t even play a game from 2016 which is Ark. Ark will load up and as soon as try joint a server it crashes. Called Best Buy to see if I can get some help with why the games keep crashing all the guy told me was when did you buy it. I told him I had it for a week, he said return it. Worst $1000 ever soent

Ours was great, had good graphics for the price, and ran fairly smoothly on some moderate-level games. Unfortunately, ours died within less than a month, at which point it was not usable. I do not recommend.

It is a very nice pc but I just got it October 17th and it keeps disabling the internet connection and keeps saying no available networks. I troubleshoot it from YouTube and it fixed it for one day and the next day did it again. Now I was told my warranty is over and I don't even know what to do.

Bought about a month and a half ago. Already having issues with it. PC turns on, but nothing happens.

Out with my old and in with the new, there is a huge difference in performance. Quick, Qualitative, Quality. This computer DOSE NOT SELL ONLY THESE SPECS. There is a 9700 rezen with 4060 ti graphics and 2tb ssd storage. It’s perfect for today an especially cheap for todays price. It makes my i5core 1060 look like old times. I upgraded the ram to 64GB just because and its a beast. Is it overkill, sure but ill never have to worry about that ever again. In short terms, PC Goated!!

From the start didnt work. Had issues loading then frezzing up. Took it back and replaced it with a different pc.

Like the title says, got it open box good and GPU didn't work, poor testing.

Amazing PC! Definitely worth the price, I've had it for roughly 9-ish months now and it works like a charm! barely any lag and definitely runs multiple games at the same time smoothly!

The CyberPowerPC Gamer Master is a great PC with impressive performance and a modern and fun design. Although it has multiple fans it is super quiet compared to my old PC! It also has ample storage, and supports effortless multitasking.

Awesome value for your money. Easy setup and very good-looking tower. Would recommend to novices and pros with the ability to expand.

Just bought this Prebuilt PC after, weeks of research. I havent had any issues with it. I use it to strictly game online. I play more hours than most people. As I am a retired stay at home body. I didnt expect It to be able to run as smoothly as it has though I recently got it. If any problems had occured this soon I would be very scared. would recommend this to others/

This PC is perfect for everything I need, and it did so by also saving me $400 or more. You can't beat the price for what you are getting. For someone who like to game but it's not their only intention then this PC is perfect!

Was unsure of building my first PC or buying a prebuilt one. I definitely made the right decision and decided that this PC was the best option for me. Everything runs smoothly and works amazing.
