Argb fan light control

My home control app and rgb fusion app will only change the gigabyte logo on the graphics card.the fan lights and light bar work only on the multi color rainbow effect but cant change it

The moment you begin to access your games you get a blue error screen. We contacted manufacturer and they said we had to purchase software to resolve the problem . Not worth the hassle

Ive had some bad experiences

Waited another 6 days for the second one, only for it to come with no power cable, wifi connectors, anf the mouse.

Probably a nice Rig but I never ea chance to enjoy

Took it home exited. Unboxed it hooked everything up and nothing happened. Checked the connections tried it again and got 2 error lights on the motherboard. Each time it powered on either one fan would turn on or random numbers of the fans would light up. Looking really nice too. But never booted up. So I had to return it and get a different rig. Very disappointed because it looked so cool and was a Great deal too.

Quality issues.

The dreaded blue screen. PC would require multiple reboots to finally work. In addition, for some reason Windows media player would crash.I contacted tech support at CyberPower and they were very helpful with advice. I reinstalled Windows 11 twice and the problems still persisted. I returned the unit to Bestbuy. A brand new unit should not have these issues.

horrible purchase

Bad RAM

Games constantly crashing, and grtting kicked out to the Blue screen. Prompted scannow command and no corrupted files found, faulty ram seems to be the culprit. Just missed the return window.

Bad return policy

Best buy offered to seap since it was still within return window but wouldnt renew the return time for a new pc from them. Opted to just return and refund.

Not worth it.

Even the geeksquad employee told me Cyberpower pc’s are terrible to buy. Save your money from prebuilts and buy your own parts.
