Best bang for the buck! Using it for video editing and rendering. Even with the toughest render of a one hour video, the processor never topped 33%, GPU 20% Upgraded it to 32Gig and added two hard drives with very little effort. What a great platform!

I waited two weeks to write this review. There is so much, it’s difficult to know where to start. I have to say that I am on my second one of these. The first came with an asRock b550 mobo, Crucial 8gb 3200 ram x2 (no matter what was done in the bios it would only run at 2666). An asRock rx5700xt gpu. AMD ryzen 5 3600x cpu liquid cooled. Within an hour of setting up and hopping into VR it crashed within 5 min of heavy gpu use. Temps on the gpu were reaching 90/110. With the side glass cover off I could get it down to 80/100, with the front cover off as well 75/95. Even with an exterior fan it maintained those temps. I understand the 5700 series run hot, but the case just wasn’t designed to remove the heat with the panels on. After a week of frustration I returned it and took a chance on a straight swap. The second computer came with the same gpu, cpu. An Asus prime b550 A mobo, cooler master liquid cooled system and fans. Needless to say my heart sank when seeing the gpu was the same, but felt a little better when seeing the cooler master fans and radiator. After starting it up and reinstalling my games and VR, I immediately jumped into some VR and monitored temps, surprisingly they were cooler than the first ones by a lot. Still not a comfortable range for me though. Once I removed the front panel glass and let the front fans breathe I was running max 79/85 at 100% gpu usage. I’m four days in with the new one, so far stable. First, the case: It’s a beautiful case, but just the wrong one for this sort of build. The two front fans are completely throttled by the front cover, the intake slot in the top is just not enough to cool the interior. CPU/Mobo This is a great medium price cpu and mobo. Zero complaints, haven’t oc’d it yet, but know they will oc nicely. Gpu: the 5700 series runs hot, end of story. I knew that going in, but overall the card handles everything I throw at it. I have to believe the first one was defective in some way. Fans/rgb: the new fans are fantastic, I will probably add one more on the front, and at least 2 or 3 exhaust at the top. Will cover the removed front glass and metal panel with a screen. The rgb is nice, there is no fancy control over the fan colors. But will take care of that in the future. Didn’t use the keyboard or mouse. Overall: For the price, the equipment is slightly cheaper than building it yourself. I chose to go prebuilt because I needed something yesterday, as my previous had died on me. It seems to be a crap-shoot on which parts you get, and whether or not they function as intended. Other than the case, I have no complaints with the new one. The combination of the cpu, gpu, ram and ssd make something like Fallout 4 VR load in a matter of seconds, and play very smoothly. Very nice combination for middle of the road, pushing high end graphics. I believe with proper cooling, this system is a beast. I don’t mind missing anything, as everything I own get pulled apart and improved. Three stars for less than average engineering, and having to improve an (out of the box) gaming computer.

I was going to build this computer myself, but casually walking through BestBuy I saw this one for about $100 less than what I was about to purchase on 3 different sites. Now the Ram is 3000 instead of 3600 and the MB is bottom of the barrel of the B550's (would of preferred a B570), but they do their job. It did come with a 800W gold power supply which is nice as those are ridiculous right now. Shipped quickly, and setup was a breeze. The mouse and keyboard with it are nice, and everything worked right out of the box. No issues so far and is super fast multitasking and boot up. Runs every game I've thrown at it over 100 fps, usually in the 140 area. I couldn't be happier to be apart of the PC master race.

Great PC for the price! This is my frist AMD set up and I was kinda nervous about getting AMD but turns out it runs games very nicely and smooth. Only slight issue so far is the temp of the GPU and higher graphics setting but other than that I recommend this set up to anyone thats new or a casual gamer.

For the price its a good computer you wont be abler to build the same thing for cheaper. The parts are great to run almost all games if not all of them at max settings as this is a powerful pc all you need for games and personal use all at the same time no problem. The graphics card is the only variable as it varies and mine is the 5700 XT THICC II ULTRA. I don't know who named it, but even if that is an important part and you wont know which you will get its still a good pc. If you are looking for a gaming pc that is good quality and will last for the next 6- 7 years this one is it.

My friend helped me set this up. He's a profession PC Builder, and we extremely surprised at what was inside the pc for $1,200. He said we couldn't have build anything close to what this specs out at for that price if we did it ourselves. The GPU is a Thicc Boi (which looks sick), which I'll probably switch out when the 3080 comes out, but it's more than enough to run ultra settings at 1440. RAM is Ballistix 3000. Everything else is as advertised. The mouse and keyboard are surprisingly good as well! The wiring was immaculate. Has 2 storage bays for additional hard drives.

Wanted to build my own PC but then I saw this awesome computer with everything I wanted. Mine even came with the Asus AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT and Asus Motherboard 550 with wifi. Playing in 1440p and getting 120plus fps in Escape for Tarkov is so easy. This thing turns on and is ready to go instantly. I 100% recommend especially for the price.

Bought this excellent PC from these guys for a very reasonable price! I am able to run Cyberpunk 2077 at high settings at 45-70 FPS pretty solidly. However, the reason for my four star review is because there is not enough air flow in the case, considering how hot the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card gets, which causes other components to get hot and will cause the entire PC to get pretty hot. Needs more air flow and cooling for sure, but regardless it still runs games well and was an absolute steal! Recommend!

Wow! I have had this PC for about a week now. I had always wanted to build a PC but given the current market this pc with these specs is unbeatable as for the past month or so I had been struggling to put together a build for a while with the current parts available especially with markup on parts such as GPUs right now. All I can say is this PC and the specs are unbeatable for the price out of the box absolutely insane performance. Every game I have tried has averaged very high frame on all ultra settings the pc is smooth fast and overall a fantastic PC. After buying a prebuilt when I wanted to build one I was worried about regret but with this pc I have zero regret and I am beyond impressed with the system.

I ordered a pc from bestbuy two months ago that didn’t come for a month. Ordered one on amazon that came broke. And I nearly didn’t give bestbuy another try until I saw this was in stores and had two day shipping. This P.C. runs rainbow six at max settings around 118 frames per sec. modded Minecraft at 98 with max settings, and rust at max around 98 105. The water cooling is extremely efficient and it’s extremely quiet. I’ve been so excited to finally experience the PCs and this is the best way to do so.

Overall, this is a very good pc. Compared with Dells and HP Omens, you have a pc that uses standard components. This means that it is relatively easier to upgrade. The construction is top-notch and the performance very good. The case is easy to update. For example, I bought 16 gbs of memory. All that had to be done was to turn off the system, unplug it, take off the front glass panel, and put the memory in. It makes for a compelling argument to buy a prebuilt versus building it yourself. Yet, there are a few minor issues that I wish CyberpowerPC would address. First, the lack of documentation. You get a simple quick start guide. For most people, this guide is useless. What you don't get is a listing of the components used (needed so that you can update the drivers and/or firmware). The case, while well-built, lacks labeling. For example, on the top panel, you get two USB 3.0 ports, two sockets (for headphones and mic - even though there is no labeling of the purposes), plus two buttons. The first button is obviously the power on; the second is not labeled nor described anywhere (with some experimentation, you find that this second button controls the RGB lighting. It would be nice if this was described in advance. A printed user's guide would have been great. Second, this is not a PC that updates itself. Unlike Dell, with its system assistant program (which can assess the system and install the appropriate updates), there is nothing like that on this system. Pity. Most users will struggle keeping the system up to date. Third, some additional software would be nice. Let's be frank - this system does away with bloatware, which is great. Yet, some additional software would have been great - programs like cpu-z (freeware) - a program that tells you about the hardware that you have (e.g., the motherboard memory, and so on). In short, performance is great, price is reasonable, components top notch. Only limited by how information is handled.

I am admittedly new to the gaming PC world, but I am extremely happy with this purchase. I wanted a computer that can handle the beast of a program that is Microsoft Flight Sim 2020. Plus I wanted the availability to expand if necessary. So far, so good! The computer powers up quick and handles the speed and graphics like a champ. I have plenty of room on the 1TB SSD Drive to add updates and additional games if I want. The flexibility of the computer case will allow for additional RAM and storage upgrades as well. The CPU runs a little hot, but that is expected for the capability of the GPU. I highly recommend this CPU a a solid mid range gamer.

Based on what others have said, I'm guessing some units are hit or miss. Mine was a hit. No damage from shipping, no loose wires or connections inside. Works great and is a fast/quiet machine. I was lucky enough to get an ASUS GPU instead of the models that others were mentioning, so that's certainly helping with my experience. I did use the AMD software to increase the fans on the GPU to prevent overheating while gaming, and that seems to have helped out with any issues of crashing under stress. I'd highly recommend!
