I've had this pc for about 15 days and it's better than what I thought. Now the GPU which is a RX 5700 XT does get pretty hot but nothing where it will cause damage for long term use. I play valorant, rocket league, fortnite, and csgo and I hit about 70 C on average. I run these games on medium to high graphic settings. It runs very smoothe and I would greatly recommend this for anyone who is looking to buy a prebuilt for $1200. It says it is water cooled but only the CPU is water cooled, the GPU is NOT. The GPU is air cooled but to be honest as loong as you monitor the temp with the amd software, you'll be fine keeping the temp under 80 C.

Biggest bang for the dollar... period. Good luck getting a gaming pc with all the bells and whistles this one comes with for anything close to the price being asked. Especially with crypto currency farming showing its' ugly face again. I bought my wife this same rig last November and I had no problems buying the same set-up again three months later. 8 core proc, 16g ram, nvmeSSD and a video card that will push 1080p or VR titles Ultra 'no issues', water cooled with RGB lighting and quality components. I currently run a very nice Dell at 1440 165Hz Freesync with Cyberpunk hitting 60 to 80 fps on average. Thank you CyberPowerPC :)

The TL;DR (summary) of my review is at the bottom. I upgraded to this from an HP omen due to air-flow design limitations of the Omen. Overall, this is a good gaming PC. The GPU and CPU are powerhouses and will run the latest games on at least 60 FPS for me on a 1080p monitor, but often up to 144 Hz (the limit of my monitor). The airflow design is great, 3 total fans and room for two more on top. The liquid cooling is fantastic. The lighting is kind of limited if you care about that (I don't). The lights don't look too great and the lights are only on the front two fans and the liquid cpu cooler (not on the rear fans). Overall a solid gaming PC, with that said lets talk about my two main issues. 1) The input cable design on the back is poor, and this has been mentioned in multiple other reviews (I know because I read them all before purchasing). In order to plug in an HDMI and DP cable, I had to force the cable input into the GPU slot because the case does not line up correctly with the GPU input slots for those cables as it should. This has been mentioned multiple times to CyberPower PC and I'm not sure why they haven't fixed this. 2) Despite the decent cooling design, the GPU still gets incredibly hot while playing latest games at upwards of 100 FPS on 1080p resolution. Now, i've read that temperatures upwards of 90 Celsius are normal on Radeon GPUs. I don't know if thats true. After doing some research, I do know that the 5700 XT model in this computer is probably the worst of all the current manufactured in terms of cooling, you can read about this here if interested (https://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/3518-xfx-rx-5700-xt-thicc-ii-ultra-review-benchmark). However, after removing the glass panel on the side, the temperatures sit around 80-85 celsius max when playing demanding games at high FPS, which is decent even for NVIDIA GPUs and great for Radeon GPUs, so overall cooling FOR ME is not an issue. This of-course exposes your components to dust (I dust my computer regularly anyways) and other things if you don't have responsible people around your computer. TL;DR: Overall the PC is a good gaming PC, especially for the price. It contains a (at the time of this review) top of the line Radeon GPU and IMO the best "bang for your buck" AMD CPU. It will run any of the latest games at at-least 100 FPS on 1080p resolution. The two glaring issues for me are the poor case design in terms of input ports (they don't line up with the GPU inside well so you have to force the cable input in, which is bad) and choosing the lowest quality (in terms of cooling) RX 5700 XT GPU available.

Got this computer at $1000 on a recent sale. Well worth that price for the performance it packs. I would not recommend it to someone expecting a plug and play PC though, mine shipped with the GPU not properly plugged in all the way and the fans/RGB not plugged into the power supply at all. If you aren't comfortable opening up a computer this may not be for you as you would otherwise need to ship it back to solve these issues and looking through the reviews it seems like it is not an uncommon issue. Other than that, no issues with it and I love this computer.

The PC was pretty easy to set up and get started. It is fast and able to handle multiple windows and streaming for games. The only issues we’ve had with it is the VGA port, the audio inputs on TOP of the PC don’t seem to work properly and the bluetooth is either defective and doesn’t work properly or something has to be updated and the PC comes with very little set up instructions. The VGA port doesn’t broadcast a signal to my monitor (I’ve tested 2 monitors) and the audio inputs on TOP don’t fit any headsets we have and don’t want to force the 3.5mm jack in and possibly break anything. The good thing is we used an HDMI chord on our 1st monitor and our 2nd monitor has a display port so we didn’t have to use the VGA and we also have USB headsets. The Bluetooth also seems to either defective or doesn’t connect properly because Bluetooth speakers will connect but the signal is in and out when playing anything back, and Xbox controller will connect but also be in and out. We’ve been getting around this by connecting audio speakers to the BACK of the PC and using a USB connection to wire the controller. Overall, it is an AWESOME first time gaming PC but perfection is hard to come by now a days. It is FAST, looks cool, and my kids love it! If the PC came with no hardware issues or more set up instructions for a first timer like us, I would have given this PC 5 stars

I purchased this pc for my 12 year old son. I was looking for a quick set up, easy to use gaming system that would be able to be used for school work as well. This fits the bill! It was easy to set up and he was off and running in a few hours after setting up all of his accounts. So far no complaints and we have a happy pre-teen! I wanted to have something that he would enjoy for years to come and the specs definitely support that. It doesn't hurt that it has all the cool lighting effects and one of the first things he noted was how quietly it ran (due to the liquid cooling system)!

Although I got off to a rocky start(My GPU cables were in, but loose, so I thought I got a DOA Computer but figured out they just came loose during shipping) Once I got everything working, I was Soo happy... One thing, if you don't go into settings you will not get the ram speed that you were promised... Anyway, this thing runs great, fans are a little loud, but I haven't had a gaming PC in a long time, and my last computer was almost silent, I would rather it be 3x as loud and get this performance than to be quiet, I am Soo happy with it,it is FANTASTIC.. I LOVE the way it looks, the lighting is cool, although I prefer to keep it one steady Blue, but it's great to have options.. The vented cover on top, is cool, unfortunately I figured it was like the bottom piece, and was just to be taken off and thrown away, so mine got mangled when I put it back in the computer box, had to pull it back out and straighten it... Anyway, I know a lot of people say bad things about prebuilt, and I know there are a lot of bad ones out there, and considering millions of them sell a year, and the people who will be the most vocal are going to be the ones with problems, so there is a very high chance you will hear bad things, but this thing has great Specs, exceeded all my expectations, and I am so happy with my purchase... Now I just need to find a good monitor and a VR head set and then I will have everything to escape into my virtual world and never leave the house! (Which is especially great to be able to do given the current times we are living in). Get this PC!!

Had the product for about a month, runs great for all my basic games. Haven't put it to the test of any brand new AAA games yet but feel very confident it will handle them fine. Runs quiet. While the case is a fair bit larger than my previous towers it is high quality and looks awesome. Clean lines and the fan lights look great! I've had faster boot ups but it is still very fast.

Received it just about a month ago and have been using it for productivity and gaming. I mainly use Adobe Premiere and Photoshop and the majority of the games I play are pre-2019. the al runs beautifully at max settings. i don't count framerates ..as long as it plays smooth and looks pretty I don't care. and everything I throw at it does just that. I'm also surprised that it has a 800w powersupply more than enough to upgrade to a new graphics card whenever I decide i want Ray Tracing ..and they come available So far have had ONE issue with this.... the included m.2 NVME SSD randomly disappears..which causes the system to lock up and reboot. at first it would reboot and find no boot drive at all until I power it down and start it back up. Lately, however, since I added a 2nd and 3rd SATA SSD..and updated the Bio to the latest revision, . it will still reboot itself and then try to boot of a second SSD. The difference is now the NVME drive still shows up as a boot option.. just moved down in priority. this is easily fixed by going into boot options and making sure to select the correct drive then boots fine no issues and works until the next time. no matter how many times I change the boot order and/or remove ALL other SSD's from the boot priority list altogether...this issue still randomly will happen and the boot drive is once again moved down in priority. The weird thing is that I can go days without it happening...but then at random, while idle, or while working, or while gaming it will happen. it's too sporadic for it to be a serious problem.. yet..and I may consider moving the OS off the NVME and on to one of the additional SSD's I installed. hoping it's just a bad NVME drive and not the motherboard. as a former Desktop Support technician and former PC builder, I can handle things like this but it may cause frustration for others. Besides this little bug, i love it and am very happy with my purchase.

Very impressed with this PC. Was skeptical about buying a prebuild, but this pc is amazing. Runs very fast and is the best you'll get for the money. Mine came with a ASUS 5700 xt and a ASUS B550 motherboard. Came with a slight dent in the case, but with the way my box showed up I presume it was due to UPS's handling. More than happy with what I received. Would recommend to all of my family and friends looking to get into pc gaming. It has ran every game on high settings with at least 150 fps. Even more if you play on medium settings. 12/10

Blown away! Knew what I was getting from looking at previous review postings and videos. Do your research before buying! Others have reported getting Asrock or Sfx gpus/motherboards, but mine came with a AMD ASUS EVO 5700 XT GPU and a ASUS Prime B550 motherboard. I will recommend replacing the PSU with something more reliable but because the one it comes with is the Apevia 800W PSU which is Chinese made (not good) I would go with a PSU that is made in Japan because they are made a lot better. So far performance is top notch! Would recommend.

I got this computer to replace my older gaming rig and woah what a difference. This thing runs cool and fast. My old PC in the exact same spot got so much hotter. This computer benchmarks very high and I have yet to find anything to slow it down. I do alot of open world gaming, with lots of NPC stuff happening and it handles it all in stride. Setup was easy and there was no bloatware that you get with the big name brand systems. I would recommend this PC in a flash. Has built in wifi and bluetooth so you don't need a USB adapter like on older desktops.

Easy setup, a small screw on the back to reach the power supply stripped out very easily. Can get 120-150 frames playing Call of Duty Black ops Cold War. PC overheats when streaming, playing Call Of Duty and listening to music easily. Fans could be stronger. I keep AMD software open entire time to watch for overheating now. Keyboard and Mouse that came with both work well. None of the USBs are connected to motherboard so had a little trouble getting my controller to connect.

I ordered this computer to replace my aging platform from 2014. The difference between a quad-core to an octa-core cpu with hyper threading makes a huge difference when running back ground tasks such as zoom or gaming software. The gpu is powerful enough to do 1080p at 144 fps and 1440p at around 80-110 fps. The ssd is fast, and the only way for this computer to improve was if it has 3600mhz RAM as amd cpu's perform even better with faster ram.

Over all, no issues with performance. The was some problems with the computer doing a green screen, then restarting while playing games, but that was due to a faulty driver for the graphics card. It has since been fixed, so just update your driver and you won't have any issues. The case did come with some damage on it, but thankfully nothing that affects the performance of the computer. The changeable colors on the fans are a nice touch. Just a simple thing that I enjoy!
