Packaging: Ordered for curbside pickup. Box was in great condition, and when I opened it up, there was good styrofoam protecting the desktop. There is evenan inflatable inside the case, protecting the parts from jostling around. Cable management: Very well done. It is super neat. Better than I would have been able to do myself. Performance: It runs really quiet. I've played some Blizzard games on Ultra settings and it runs buttery smooth. Looks: I love the glass case and the RGB lights. There is a button at the top of the desktop that allows you to toggle a few different modes for the lights. Looks really slick. Overall: Happy with my purchase. If they could make any improvement, it would be to provide some instructions on how to customize the included mouse. It has 6 additional buttons and I believe it should light up, but mine doesn't and there aren't any instructions on how to get it to work.

Awesome PC! No issues to speak of. The AIO keeps the CPU nice and cool no matter what I'm throwing at it, and the GPU will get me a solid 60fps on my 4k TV no problem. On a 1080p monitor, I was getting well above 144fps. The only thing I will mention is that you will have to go into the BIOS and actually turn on the water pump for the AIO. My CPU temps dropped by like 15-20 degrees Celsius. Just look up a guide on how to do it if you're worried about messing something up, but it is very easy and quick to do. Customer support is great as well, even when buying from a third party vendor. All in all, I would definitely recommend this PC to someone who is wanting a great gaming experience and doesn't want to put one together on their own. And to be honest, this doesn't cost much more than it would take to buy all the parts separately.

I have been using this pc for a little over a week and have had zero issues. It runs like a beast and can handle anything that I have thrown at it. By far the best deal for a prebuilt right now, and I have looked everywhere. Cant reccomend it enough.

Pros: + Runs every game I have tried maxed out in graphical settings in 1080p (Yeah I know... ) 60fps+ + Visual Studio compiles so much faster + Reddit doesn't bog down after like 5 mins of scrolling + REALLY quiet! Cons: - Not really a case RGB person. Wish I could turn it off, but it is growing on me. Notes on this review: * My old build was a i7 2600(non k) with a GTX 980, so keep that in mind reading my subjective performance review. Still a beast. * I dropped in 16GB more of RAM bringing total to 32GB * Added a BarraCuda 2TB HDD - Notes later * Did a 4.3GHZ all core OC !! I HIGHLY suggest updating the BIOS ASAP! When adding the RAM and a 2 HDD for bulk storage I keep getting weird boot issues. Updated the BIOS and everything went smooth as silk. Yes I had DOCP off when installing the ram. Even just adding the HDD caused weirdness. Just update it. Have a wonderful day!

So happy with my purchase thus far. The graphics, speed, design, aesthetic, everything is amazing. I can not believe that I haven't thought of PC gaming ... and I am using this for work too, so it's speed is making me work at a blazing fast speed.

When you purchase these computers you get a random selection of the components within the described items... meaning sure, its a 5700 XT gpu, but WHICH ONE is random... there's dozens of different brands/versions of 5700 XT gpu cards and although 85% are solid....every once in a while you might get unlucky with a very crappy one... i.e. one that has overheating issues, or noisy whining....but that also means that comparing reviews is really tricky since they might have very different experiences with the pc depending on the components you got. That being said, I got this during the black friday sale....so the value for the pc specs was INSANE, even better than me just building it... but only IF you got average-above average brand components.... Sadly,. the first one that came for me did not. I got a very problematic XFX Thicc Ultra II 5700 XT... that on the technical specs is actually one of the FASTEST 5700xt cards out there....but its plagued with driver/bios issues and the native fan configuration when using one of the modes (silent or regular) I can't remember exactly had issues... the fans turn on way too late generating heating issues....it uses a VERY high wattage so you'd need more than usual 5700 xt's meaning a pretty decent power supply and lastly the computer would not send a display signal the first time I would turn on the pc after a long 5-6 hr break of being off...everyday, consistent issue over 8 days of testing...so I had to force shutdown and restart in order to get it to work and on the 8th day it wouldn't send a signal until after the 5th attempt. That was the dealbreaker. Basically I got a faulty one, it can happen. I requested a replacement which is annoying since you need to pack it up again but the process was straighforward...and great news. the 2nd computer i got is GODLY. Got an Asus 5700xt gpu cant remember exactly what specific but NO ISSUES AT ALL. works perfectly. I won't go into the other components, but overall it was an upgrade in both the power supply quality and the gpu. So now im ecstatic and very happy. I got it for $999 on sale during the holidays... and definitely worth it at that point.... that being said... not sure i'd go for it at $1200... and heck the new gpus may be getting stocked again soon and the new 3000s by nvidia or the new radeons seem to be a phenomenal value likely rendering this model obsolete for its full 1200 price. Ideally you'd wait till its circa 1000-1050 for this one, but if you really want this one, then sure, more than likely youll get a good one from the get go and it can run 1440p high settings in gaming very well for most games. (but does it run Crysis though?). (VR as well in high settings) and its a phenomal GREAT looking case.

Our first purchase of this came out bad because the item was all dented up. When we got an exchange everything worked out perfectly. This is a great gaming PC and it runs like a dream! I'd say this is currently the best priced PC for its price range.

Other than the shipping process which left a few dents on the outside metal, and severely damages the box it works great! Within the first 3 days the RGB button broke and now I am stuck on a yellow light, and I don't believe there is any software to change the lighting. It can handle every game you play with it on high to ultra settings easily. (only done 1080p gaming though) on the first and second day of getting it, it was getting hotter than I was comfortable with, but then it just randomly stopped, now I does not even get hot when gaming. Their fan placement on the back of the case is interesting but it works. This thing was a breeze to set up, and highly recommend it. The RAM could have been better for the price.

Upgraded from a six years old MSI laptop with GTX 970M to this and OMG, what a major difference! I'm getting 165 Hz (max monitor supported) in Doom Eternal with HDR on and game on ultra nightmare (highest) graphics settings and this thing smokes it!!! I'm a casual gamer and this is completely more than enough for anyone interesting in getting it. 5700 XT is a pretty beast and should happily run most of the highest demanding games at great FPS. My only issue is it randomly restarts so may be something got shifted in shipping but I've only had it for a few days now and working with CyberpowerPC's technical support on this issue so hopefully it'll be resolved soon. Other than that, love the RGB and gaming experience I'm getting out of this.

I usually have built my own gaming PCs in the past but due to the price of parts and lack of time right now I decided to buy a prebuilt. This PC has done nicely so far and would recommend this PC. Good balance of price and performance

the only con is that this pc use 800 watt power supply, which will make a little sound even when you are idle. Otherwise, it is perfect, run all kind of game with 100+ fps. with this price, you can't find much better pc than this one.

This is my first gaming PC, but I have always had stout computers for CAD/CAM applicatiions. I am floored by the speed of this thing. It boots up instantly to the login screen (faster than my laptop can wakeup). SSD is a WD blue. Graphics are insane, w/ video capture built in. RGB in the is a neat feature, with the effects being controlled from a single button on the case. I unplugged it as the light is distracting to me and there is no 'off' setting. I did have to contact customer support, as the digital license for windows was not found, but they fixed it right away. I highly recommend CyberPower brand. Good product, good support.

Wonderful gaming system for online games. Fast without lagging and easy to set up and start using immediately. My teenage son loves the difference. And as a fun bonus the Colored lights look really cool, especially at night.
