Good computer with everything already set up! Only had an initial problem adding a second hard drive as I couldn't find the SATA input on the motherboard. Hint - its' on the right side of the motherboard, under the GPU. A flashlight will definitely help you find it! After I found it and bought a SATA cable (it does not come with a SATA cable), I was able to successfully install a 4TB secondary hard drive. Would purchase again! P.S. Thanks for the people that "answered" the question regarding finding the SATA input.

The overall use of this desktop has been wonderful! It was at an aggressive price that allowed me to purchase additional parts like 16gb ram set and and extra hardrive at the same time! All the issues come from the monstrous heated devil that is the AMD 5700 XT and the case this setup comes with! I would recommend purchasing two additional fans for this desktop and mounting them near the top of the case! I also butchering up the front of the case, I removed (with ease) the lower metal and upper glass panels to increase airflow. I bought some cheap magnetic dust screens to fit over the three front fan cut outs. Doing these additions have cured my desktop from the "Green Screen (Heating Issues) Of Death", which will happen often in the stock configuration. Overall, great gaming desktop for the price! 8.5/10!

Bought during black Friday week 2020. Good value for price. This will be upgradeable to the new graphics cards and CPU's if you can ever find one, Also doesn't come with a bunch of bloatware. A well put together unit that's ready to use right out of the box. Only minor issue was the top buttons on the mouse wouldn't click. was easily fixable with a youtube search. So far everything else is running great. will test temps later.

The pc performs great, the added peripherals are hot garbage. If you don’t need the keyboard and mouse, this is a great purchase. If you do need a keyboard and mouse, you’re going to want to get something other than what is included here. Overall I’d recommend. I’ve been getting great performance on warzone, Cold War and have been getting around 60fps on medium 14440 in cyberpunk.

Amazing PC, have had it for 6 months now and I have had 0 problems with it, able to run cyberpunk, Call of duty cold war and assassins creed Valhalla all at medium to high settings getting well over 120 fps, the only thing you have to do is make sure to update your bios, update ur GPU drivers and download MSI afterburner or the AMD software to crank up your GPU fan speeds, but besides that everything works great

Amazing gaming pc! I stream (dukester161 on twitch) a large variety of games from modded minecraft to modern warfare and this pc has no issues at all running them smoothly and the quality is stunning. Only problem ive had is occasionally ill have to force it to power down and restart because in the boot up sequence it will get stuck constantly pulling up the boot menu. Not sure how to fix that. But otherwise its perfect!

It’s a great PC, runs well with my 1440p monitor. All I can say is don’t expect the GODFALL AND WOW you’re supposed to get with the PC. I contacted customer care on three separate occasions and each time they said I would be emailed the codes and I never got them. They claim I canceled the order but nope, I have my PC. It tends to get hot here and there but nothing alarming.

Yeah, as others have said, you can't use two screens so that's a bummer with this machine but it's an ok computer. I am not a gamer but I use it for video editing and it's maybe just a notch faster to use than my 2019 iMac with Radeon Pro 570X 4 GB graphics and 40 GB memory for things like After Effects. If there is a way to use two display screens that would be great to know.

This was a gift for my son in law, downloaded a few updates, added a few utility apps, Ryzen based of course and this thing is a gaming beast! Don’t let that RX 5700 XT fool you, it performs as well as the 2080 Super in my daily rig! I game Destiny regularly and it has shows a higher FPS than my customer water looped gaming PC. Got it on special for $999 and at that price point it’s worth every penny, don’t pass this one up.

It was absolutely worth it. The entire subreddit recommended that this was the best "bang for your buck" gaming PC. I can run just about anything. I just wish there were more colors I could access with the lighting. You just press a button and it changes to predetermined lights. Definitely worth buying though and it will definitely last me for years.

Bought this on early access. Came in the next day after purchasing. Set was easy and great! One thing I have to dock this the instructions of taking of the panel was not similar to my design and taking the safety bag off was very sketchy as it will not come off easy due to the railing that blocks it from coming out easy. Expect to move your GPU around while taking it out.

I've built my own system for the past 3 builds. I was planning on doing the same this time when I found this model. It had everything I was looking for and when I priced out the components individually the effort to build my own just wasn't worth it. I was very happy when I inspected the components. I was half expecting that I'd need to swap out some for higher quality versions down the road - but there is really no reason to do that. - ASUS Prime B550M-A AC Motherboard - Lexar 1TB M.2 drive - Crucial Ballistix Ram (red) - ASRock graphics card I added two 2 TB 7200 Seagate sata hard drives to store games and files. Adding these was easy with the included no screw mounting brackets. My favorite part - absolutely no junk on the PC. No random software installed that would make me completely reformat the system. It was good to go from the start. Included keyboard is adequate and the mouse is kind of big and clunky - but these will be just fine on my old desktop which I'm turning into a file server. If I must nitpick it would be that the glass on the case can rattle when the fans really get going. I was able to stop this with a small piece of plastic as a shim.

I did a lot of research around this price point. ill tell you this you will not be disappointed on the performance its fast! just make sure you download all updates and especially BIOS update. Also not gonna lie I had already ordered a Alienware aurora r10 same price , I canceled simple because I was getting better specs on this particular model for same price, glad I did that being said don't over think it just get this!

Love everything about it. It's super fast compared to my old PC which I needed to upgrade. It runs quietly and loads really fast. The cooling system on it keeps the temps at great levels, no more overheating. Love the lights on it, though I would like to be able to configure them. Not sure if it's possible, but it's not that big of a deal. Gaming has never been better, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I was very skeptical about buying a prebuilt machine, but I'm glad I did and I'm glad I went with CyberPowerPC. I have heard nightmare stories about people buying prebuilt systems from other companies but I had heard a lot of good things about CyberPowerPC so I rolled the dice and came up big. The even delivered it 5 days early than expected. This system ROCKS!!!! And the the price was GREAT too!!

I bought this gaming computer for both gaming and working from home. This is my own first desktop in years, and it definitely gets the job done. If you're used to using a laptop like I have been, this might be a nice adjustment. It might actually be nicer than what I really need it for. I had ordered this as pickup from store, and it was ready a day early for me to collect. The curbside pickup process was smooth. I had a little bit of difficulty on getting the wi-fi antenna to get a good connection, but that might've been on me. It's fine now though. The fans are loud. It's not something you can easily ignore, but if you're focused enough, it can just be a buzz in the background. I got a green screen while gaming about three times before I remembered the other reviews mentioned updating the driver for the graphics card. (There's two upgrades when I did this.) The screen stopped crashing after that. There's only one HDMI input, so if you want a dual monitor set-up, you might have to buy an adapter to put into one of the display ports. I didn't have the issue that some others mentioned about the display port not fitting. The audio input and output are two different sections, so if you use the typical headphones/earphones nowadays, you'll also have to get an adapter for that.

It is fast and efficient. Doesn't heat up that much. Certainly exceeded my expectations.

It runs great. I'm a big flight simmer and it can run X-Plane 11 and MSFS 2000 fantastic.
