Huge upgrade from being a console player!! I tried to get the same parts from pcpartpicker and I couldn’t get it cheaper. Great deal for the price and I am very happy with my purchase. Cons: It restarts occasionally but nothing is overheating and seems to be working properly still trying to figure that aspect out, wouldn’t mind some tips or tricks!

Best bang-for-your-buck pre built PC. Has worked flawlessly since the day it was delivered.

An absolute beast with room to grow. Honestly I was surprised with the price, and I was ready to make immediate upgrades but so far have only needed to add an hdd. A lot of complaints are about the hdmi and dvi locations, these were in no way a problem for me, so I believe the manufacturer saw the complaints and moved it around. I would recommend this, and it’s easy enough to get into and take apart and upgrade.

Great PC. I've had it for a little while now and it has been great. Even at how CPU and GPU usage, it still runs well and the fans don't sound like a jet engine!

Great computer overall. It handles video games at max settings wonderfully. The only criticism I have is there is an intermittent issue with the computer getting the bluescreen of death (windows) and rebooting to the bios page and you have to do a hard restart to get the os to boot back up. Other than this minor issue it is an excellent computer.

So far we love it! Easy set up. Was packaged securely. Fast and great for gaming!!

My first PC I've bought in 10 years. I wanted to get back into PC gaming since I've been gaming on consoles. Runs COD modern warfare at full settings no issues. Haven't tried messing with any overclocking settings yet. Love it so far.

Overall is a really good pc can handle all the games and keep a good amount of FPS

I just bought this rig to run Microsoft Flight SIM 2020 on Ultra High Settings and it does it effectively. I love this rig and will probably add another TB of SSD space. The AMD Radeon RX5700 XT is better the the Nvidia2060. Great purchase and has a lot of space to upgrade its hardware . I highly recommend this PC !!!!

So originally I bought the computer a month ago, and by the 2nd day, it kept crashing multiple times. It would work fine during normal use, but once I started up a game, I would get a green screen and then it rebooted. Best buy told me could be a faulty computer and to just exchange it, but I read online about other people having similar green screen issues with the Radeon RX 5700 XT. Something to do with the gpu drivers maybe. I tried a bunch of fixes online like updating drivers, using older version of drivers, or reinstalling the drivers without the AMD software, etc, but none of them worked. Since it might have been a GPU specific issue, I was worried it would just happen again, regardless of exchanging the pc. Ended up giving it another shot, and have been using the computer for about 2 weeks now and its been relatively great! It did crash once, but hoping that was just a one time fluke. Although I did run into some hardware problems with this 2nd pc that I received. One of the case fans did not work. Also, the wifi antennas that came with the pc were too big so they couldn't fit when screwed next to each other. Called customer service and then they had me email them pictures of my antennas, so they wouldn't send the same ones. Waited 10 days for a replacement fan and antennas, only to find that they sent the same exact antennas that did not fit. I bought a prebuilt computer for the convenience of plug and play along with having wifi feature. I should not have to be asking for replacement items for a new computer I just bought.

Fantastic. Not only was this computer packaged expertly, but it has exceeded my expectation. It's also gorgeous. Every game I have tried runs flawlessly. I have not encountered a single issue after having this PC for almost a month. I had another CyberpowerPC before this one, and it lasted me 9 years (it never died, the parts were just dated). This company is amazing. Buy from them!

Excellent computer so fast all games are running smooth and graphics are great.

This is my first gaming pc. It has been a pleasure to use and runs every game I have played on it very well. I played Control and ran it at 100+/- FPS no problem. Only issue I have is that one of the rgb fan lights has not worked since unboxing. The fan itself works fine but the light will not turn on. Other than that I am very happy with the purchase.

I was looking in to building my own PC when I came upon this setup. Components looked comparable to what I was looking for and for the price it can't be beat. In the end I saved time by not having to build it myself and risk messing up. Overall very pleased with this purchase - solid gaming performance and runs super smooth. Well put together, clean aesthetic, and nicely cable managed.
