I recently bought this computer to be used solely as a gaming computer. After having a few days with it, and playing several resource heavy games, I'm happy to say that this PC is great. Doesn't get hot whatsoever, doesn't get loud, and it can play virtually anything of this generation. I fully recommend this product!

I bought this computer as part of my day trading setup and so far it has been perfect! Super fast, super good looking and overall exactly what I wanted. Only had it 3 days but so far haven't found anything I don't like about it! The setup was all self explanatory. Came with Windows 10, WIFI, HDMI cable, keyboard and mouse.

Bought this computer in November of last year. Started getting blue screens after a couple of weeks. It happened randomly, but more frequently on weekends. Inbetween crashes computer worked very well. Tried to tweak all I could remember and could find on the internet but nothing worked. The issue is with faulty software somewhere. I m not a professional but I m guessing related to windows update and windows search. Last week I tried to reinstall the windows from the same system, and the process was interrupted by a blue screen, and could not continue. I reinstalled the windows from the bootable flash drive created on another comp, and everything went well. Now the whole system is working like a charm! I ve seen this happening to some of the buyers, and wanted to share my experience. Try reinstalling the windows from another source. I love this computer, and the only reason I gave four stars is having the issue with the software.

I’ve had this desktop for about 2.5 weeks now and I’m really enjoying it so far! Handles games like COD at high setting with ease; I’m usually rocking an average of 150 FPS when playing COD or Overwatch. Also you can’t beat this price for the specs, liquid cooler and RGB lights that come with this machine! I recommend this computer!

Our past three computers in the office has been Asus desktops and laptops. So we decided to stay with same brand, we usually get 5 to 6 years out of a computer. This computer is fast and does everything we need to do online or two or three programs open at same time, yes it's big and bulky but would buy again if needed to.

This is easily the nicest desktop I've purchased. Great specs for the price, I'll definitely buy again. I wish Best Buy would detail the specs better. An 'expansion slot' that's being used isn't really an 'expansion slot'. Used for mining, but it has a RX 5700 XT with Radeon software preloaded, works great. A+!

This is a really nice little setup. I did add a much bigger second drive which was a little of a pain because the cables are not easy to run through the back of the case. I would not buy this as a starting point to upgrade more. the power supply will not handle much more. Most games are going to run great on this AS IS.

Lightning fast gaming PC. I was a bit put off at first because Windows wasn't activated and I had to email CyberPower for the activation key, but one email later, all was good. So far this PC has been exactly what I thought it would be, so we're happy.

I tried building a similar PC buying parts individually,however, it ran me up to around 15/1600. Not only do you get the parts and the case, but great fan AND liquid coolers. Windows 10 is already included as well! The value is astronomical, comes with a mouse and keyboard too, which arent great, but still get the job done!

Had the PC since the beginning of January 2021. Bought it from best buy. Came with Asus Prime B550 MB, AsRock 5700XT 8GB Challenger, Ryzen 3700X and 16 GB RAM. Easily upgraded the Video card with a RTX 3070, with no problem at all. Liquid cooled and runs really quite.

Loving my PC so far. Was hesitant on getting an RADEON graphics card at first due to troubles of running high temps with gaming. But if you cap your FPS to what your monitor runs, you won’t have issues at all. I top at about 55-60 degrees C with 4 plus hours of gaming. Overall, a great PC for beginners with fantastic value!

Box was a little damaged when I received it but when unboxing it, it seemed to have some issues in terms of the line up with the i/o shield where the USB and other components were very unaligned and wasn't able to connect some things. I had to open up the PC and adjust the i/o shield in order to actually be able to plug stuff into the back of the PC. On top of that, the back of the right panel was bent but it didn't impact performance. Some screws were loose but all I had to do was slightly tighten them up and they were good to go. If you get this PC, make sure everything is seated properly inside of the case. Re-seat some cables, check for GPU wiggle, etc. After all of that, I setup the PC and it is working great! It worked fine before but some minor physical things weren't right. I would recommend this to anyone who is good at noticing these issues. Check for these issues if you are thinking about buying one for a friend.

I've been looking for a gaming set up for awhile, so I went to Best Buy too look at what they had and after speaking to the Best Buy rep. he recommended a CyberPowerPC. I think its a great deal for the price and the set up is so easy. I would recommend this PC to anyone who is looking for a gaming system.

Bought this for my 13 year old daughter since she's a gamer and a Podcaster over the black Friday event. At first I was a little worry since some of the bad reviews, but it came in just fine, I had to adjust a few things and ran benchmark and stress test, it did more then expected. Very happy with it.

PC arrived with everything working. Just removed the packing material and plugged it in. Wires were neatly tucked away and secure. I just had to update the BIOS firmware and drivers. Overall it was a good price and without the headache of assembly.

I have had a great experience with my CyberPower PC so far! I'm not into RGB lighting, but it looks cooler than I thought it would and you can easily turn it off if you want. It looks cool, runs well, and you can't beat the price even if you built it yourself (although you MAY be able to match it). I was a bit skeptical when I was thinking of purchasing this CP PC. My only problems are really minor ones; the keyboard and mouse that come with it could be better (my mouse squeaks every time I click and the keyboard letters are very difficult to see in bright light because the labels on them are printed very lightly, but they are free. I researched as much as I could, and just couldn't find any convincing reason to avoid it. Yes, you can find plenty of people who have had some bad luck and got a machine with a bad component, but as much as I looked around it seems that the good far outweigh the bad. No matter which company you purchase from, there will be quality control issues that slip by. Overall I would definitely suggest it, and am very happy with my purchase!!!

Good cooking. Came in excellent packaging to make sure everything was set. Perfect directions and descriptions. Runs like a charm. If you want better cooking, even tho these are good for stock fans, you can switch it out for some noctua ones. They just aren’t as pretty if you care about that.

I bought this gaming computer for my son. I have to say that it didn't disappoint. The best gaming computer for the price. My son is able to play all the games he was not able to play before. In addition, he is able to do his videos, editing, music and animation. The look is amazing!!!!!!!

great price and cheaper than i could have built it during the corona virus. Would like to have seen an actual rgb controller instead of just a button on top but that's an easy fix. Wiring was clean and organized even in the back cabinet. would definitely recommend

Got a cyberpowerpc at bestbuy for an incredible price. Cheaper and easier than building a computer myself or so I told myself. Unfortunately, my computer came dead on arrival. Support was helpful for the most part and walked me through a few things I somewhat already knew to try to troubleshoot. I'll admit I didn't even know harddrives were so small that they were on the motherboard, so color me old, but nothing worked. Thankfully, best buy, sent me a replacement 3 days later and the new one is working like a champ. I'll update this with an extra star or two if it lasts longer than a few months. I think maybe I just got an errant computer because I have had zero issues so far with the replacement.
