Overall very pleased. I had a minor issue with the graphics card dislodging during shipping, but the customer service was able to walk me through it. Runs Fortnite on the highest settings, not very heavy, all around good.

I usually build my own systems but was on a time crunch and just didn't have the time. So when my old system crapped out, I was hesitant to buy a pre built retail unit. Quite impressed and no complaints so far.

Being that this is my first pc, the sheer performance is way better than any console I have used. I also purchased this pc for schoolwork and it has not disappointed me yet. I will update this review if any inconveniences are to arise.

The shipping was fast. The unpacking was ideal. The instructions were clear and I had it up and running within about 5 minutes of having everything together on a desk. Everything seems to work so far. The only thing I have not hooked up yet was the WiFi adapter that came with the system. Apparently, it's not internal. That wasn't very clear on the page when I ordered it. The look is very clean. The glass is nice and the RGB effects are some of the nicest I have seen. It was overall a good deal and 90 percent of the internal parts are name brand. I have an ASUS board, XFX 5700 XT. The RAM is a cheaper brand, but it's alright. The power supply is an APEVIA 80 gold 800 watt. Not bad, but not sure about the brand on that one. So far, I would recommend this PC. It booted and there were not issues. I just had to unscrew and remove some packaging. No fussing with coolant or anything like that. Very sleek machine.

The PC works great and can run a multitude of games. However, it does become hot after long hours of gaming, leading to a drop in frames. Overall, I think this is a really solid PC that's quite effective for amateur-excellent gamers.

Picked it up yesterday and it's quite different compared to my old rig. Significantly better in terms of fps in games. Also didn't have to worry about startup speeds!

Bought this PC a couple weeks ago. It's AMAZING! I have tested all kinds of games on it already and I've tried to push the limits on occasion. It runs like I built it myself. I can already see that upgrading will be EASY! Beware it's heavier than it looks

First impression... this pc for the price it is, is worth the money. Especially if you have a bestbuy credit card!! Added a Samsung Evo terabyte and did not need a bigger power supply!! The pc is a great pre-built that allows itself to be upgraded down the line.

This is a good pc for all of the games I play. On cold war I usually average around 120 fps on high settings for 1080 resolution. One problem I have is that the lights for the cpu cooler doesn't turn on. if anyone knows how to fix it please let me know

Really good gaming computer..So far at least.. Was a little confused with the graphics card because I was getting the amd Radeon 57-- XT but came with asrock 5700 challanger.. But benchmarked the same so not to big of a deal.. Didnt come with any discs though(I know it doesnt have a disc drive) but would have been nice to at least have the windows cd.

This is the first gaming PC I've bought and i am not disappointed. It works perfectly for what I use it for and it can even stream. I would recommend this PC to someone that isn't looking for something too expensive but also wanna play games on high to medium settings.

This is the first Gaming PC I've ever owned and so fair I've no issues. Computer stays cools and boots up faster than any computer I've ever had before. I can run pretty much any game I've ever wanted to play no problem. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Extremely happy with this purchase! For the price it runs extremely well compared to my old gaming set up. I can have multiple recordings and games going at once and nothing lags. Amazing for first time gamers, or someone who’s just looking for a new model.

very good cyberpower PC computers very good and at low cost very good service

Bought this system about 6 months ago, everything worked well out of the box. Swapped out the video card when I upgraded, all parts are generic, non of those soldered/proprietary parts or whatever it was. Would buy again from cyberpower

Best pc for the right price. Will have to upgrade for more RAM and wish they posted what the motherboard was. All in all great product for the cost. Package came damaged but pc was well protected. Had to take both panels off and reinsert a few loose wires.

We are a pretty technical family but this was a great value and really easy to set up for our daughter. She was doing school work, playing games and streaming almost right out of the box. We are very pleased with the Value that we have on teh CyberPower PC.

PC load up fast. It can handle 2 monitors with ease, unlike my old Mac tower. Got the Asrock B550AM installed. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the Black Friday price. However, BestBuy cancelled the 2 free games because they said it was not in stock.

This is a fantastic computer although there was apparently damage to the hard drive at the factory before I purchased it. However, I did not purchase replacement coverage so I recommend that for anyone buying a computer this large and complex. I have never purchased coverage in the past and was always able to repair my own computers so I thought "no big deal". But this one is very complex so I recommend buying the coverage. The damage to the harddrive was a fluke by the manufacturers and something that could not have been detected earlier. So I still recommend this computer to others. Incidently, I don't use it for gaming, I use it for desktop publishing for software such as the Adobe Suite that requires a powerful computer. After Best Buy installed the new hard drive for me it has worked like a charm!

In these times, its your best option to buy a pre-built, and this honestly has the best bang for your buck. My only problem is the 120 radiator keeping the CPU at only 70-80C, but then again i build computers for a living so its an easy upgrade.
