Purchased this machine to play Flight Sim2020, Was reading online about the game and saw the recommendations of 32 gigs ram, so I have already made that up grade. All in all a great machine to run Flight Sim 2020.

Great computer, fast and nice colors. The only issue is that windows says is not registered. Couldn’t find the code in the box. I will have to call the manufacturer to fix the issue. Using it for graphic design and had no problems.

Hot GPU but decent performance otherwise

The 5700xt runs quite hot (on the verge of thermal throttling) and by increasing the fan curve causes the card to run quite loud. The RAM was also configured to run at 2400Mhz which had to be changed to 3000Mhz through the bios. Also they have all 3 case fans set as exhausts, therefore cool air is only passively pulled into the system. By setting the front two fans as intakes, ambient case temps should in theory drop. Other than this, the desktop is configured decently for the price.

Purchased this as a birthday/Christmas gift for my husband. He is in love with his new gaming pc. Aside from some damage to the metal case. The glass panel door and the hardware inside was not. He is extremely happy with his new pc.

Ive had this for about 2 weeks now and it seems to run pretty well. My only complaint is that it's very loud. It's crashed on me once so far but I'm hoping it was just a fluke and doesn't crash again.

Great Upper-Mid Range pc capable of running any current games at a high frame rate. The CPU has no back mount so be careful taking out the packing materials so you don't bend or damage it but otherwise a solid desktop at a great price.

Overall a good desktop. Pretty easy to set up. Handle video games pretty well. The fan noise, is still acceptable for me. Have using it for 3 months, no problems at all. I bought it for 1079 bucks including tax, pretty worth.

Gaming desktop is quiet, easy to set up and works out of the box. No issues whatsoever and would recommend for the price . I was able to attach two monitors with no issues. Did not need to move the graphics card with my model.

Everything as described. We didn't have problems with the USB ports as described in other reviews. No real documentation comes with it so make sure this isn't your first gaming PC. That being said, there is A LOT of bang for your buck here.

Decent value but corners are cut

If you are just looking for a good gaming PC and don't want to deal with the hassle of assembling your own box, then is a decent value, but be aware many corners were cut. My main issue with this PC is the slow wireless chipset included on the ASRock B550AM Gaming motherboard (which is really a rebadged B450). It is an Intel Wireless-AC 3168 which has a max datarate of 433Mbps (approximately 200 up and 200 down), which you can expect to get about half of that due to the lossy nature of wireless. This isn't enough throughput to fully utilize many basic cable internet packages. I wouldn't even have noticed this issue if not for transferring data from my 5 year old self-built desktop and wondering why downloads were so much faster from the old PC than this new one. I wouldn't have even minded this issue (considering the $1000 pricepoint) and just purchased/installed a $20 PCI-e wireless card, but this motherboard has only one open PCIe slot (x16). This leaves no room for any future upgrades. I ended up returning this PC and am just going to build a new one with more quality components though I will likely end up paying another $200 for it. Pro's: * Ryzen 3700X CPU and AIO CPU cooler are great * XFX Radeon 5700XT seemed to perform fine, though I didn't try any gamging before returning the PC * WD Blue 1TB NVMe drive * Still a good value PC, even picking out the cheapest of each like component from Newegg/Amazon, the price still can't beat the price. * The PC was neatly cabled and arrive undamaged Cons: * They really cheaped out on the motherboard. I would have gladly paid another $50-75 to get one with better wireless, more PCIe slots, and a better sound chip. * This is a loud PC. I thought with the AIO cooler it would be a little less noisy, but even idling this is almost disturbingly loud.

This is the second PC we have purchased from CyberPowerPC. The value for the parts you get is a great deal in comparison to using the exact same parts to build it on your own. The PC itself is also shipped very carefully and did not have any damage from shipping. While the Keyboard and Mouse aren't perfect, they're at least a great complement to the build if you don't have either of them already. You can get a free mouse pad if you register the product on their official site. I personally really love the case design and the updated AIO cooling unit, it's a great update from earlier versions of CyberPowerPC's products. Overall this is an amazing bargain if you do not own a proper PC yet and want a fresh start without the risk of damaging your first build during assembly.

I was planning on building my own AMD PC but I couldn't beat this price doing it myself, it runs smooth and quiet for the most part. I'm able to play games like Prey, Fallout, and Outer Worlds on high or ultra settings with no issue.
