This is the prettiest, quietest, and fastest PC I have ever owned. I normally build my own PCs but at a teacher preparing for a possible sortation where I need to teach and stream from home, it was time to update my old AMD FX6300 machine, and I didn't have time to build it. This PC has all the parts I would but separately, other the the PSU I'm not sure what brand it is, and cost the same as if I built it myself. This is an awesome PC it can handle any game I throw at it with the graphics cranked all the way up and it cost the same as building it myself.

Easy to setup and get running Just wish it had more fans for cooling . Also the GPU sagging required purchasing a brace

This is a very fast response pc. Excellent for work and Communications but more important for gaming. Im very happy with this product

This is a really nice and worth it's $$ PCs. Despite of all benchmark run and how smooth this 3700x/5700XT paired up! The best value added are below! #1. It's 1 TB Adata M.2s #2. It's 2 x 8 GB stick, not 1 x 16GB stick. #3. It's 1 fan water cooling. #4, RGB case/3 RGB fans(1 behind the water coolling making it total of 4). Consider the GPU demand and costs....this thing came with "RX 5700 XT" that worth alot of $$ on known bidding website.. i would say, don't build a PC, just buy one from BestBuy's CyberPower PC

Arrived next day in perfect condition, the wiring is clean and it looks beautiful! I believe it would have cost me more to build it myself. This may differ between units but I received an ASRock Challenge GPU, Gigabyte B550M DS3H M-ATX motherboard, Apevia 800W Gold 80 Plus PSU, Crucial Ballistix ram. The RGB has several options and can easily be turned off. It is water cooled as well, I have built multiple PC's and absolutely recommend this. Took 5 minutes to setup, windows 10 already installed. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great looking pc and for the price its budget friendly for the quality of parts you get. Ryzen 7 3700x and 5700xt. Works great out the box.

Good performance as expected but a little bit loud and grfics card get to hot. Don't know if can changed by another.

This works perfectly for a gaming pc. It runs games such as Fortnite at max graphics and a high frame rate. You should totally buy this computer.

First off, this PC can handle almost anything at max settings for 144 fps 1080p. Great. Downside is that sometimes when I power the Pc on it’ll reboot. Sometimes it takes 3-4 reboots before it will stop rebooting. Another issue is the GPU crashing while gaming. I’ve had this happen at least 10 times since I got this PC on July 20th. It would easily be 5 stars if it didn’t have these issues.

Great starter pc. Wish more specs would have been stated like power supply what kind of ram stuff like that.

Very impressed with the computer, everything was already set up as supposed to be, no difficulty with anything, and looks beautiful.

We really like these desktops, and everything seems to be working after one week. My daughter previously had an older CyberPower PC, which worked fine until she had to upgrade to play the games she likes. I mainly use mine for work plus some casual gaming. We compared a lot of systems and we could not find anything with the specs this one has at a comparable price. Be wary of the included games. The WoW registered OK but the second game would not register. Also, to play the first one you need to pay for server access.

This is my first gaming pc and hands down I love it. It has the exact GPU and CPU I was looking for, 10/10 definitely recommend.

Dope gaming computer. I'd always recommend their pre-builds. Had it for close to a week with no issues. Love my AMD GPU/CPU combo.

Great entry level gaming pc. Runs on the hot side. When it’s on and running it make my sons room noticeably warm. Good for the price

It works great but it needs a lot of fixing like the cooling is a must and the fans and liquid cooler must be replace with thermaltake or other fans because you can’t game when your gpu and cpu are overheating due to cheap fans and cooler My gpu is hitting 80 to 90c My cpu is 70c to 80c Once I put off the side panel and put a fan next to it to keep it cool Now my temps are gpu is 50c to 60c Cpu is 40 to 50c I’m just waiting on my new fans and liquid cooler to get here

No Hard drive or DVD Player. Had to buy extra external DVD Drive And Hard Drive. Other then that It Works great

I love this computer. Its my first computer designed for gaming and after much research I found the price n build is quite reasonable. But I do find a problem with the sound. I have a headset that has a mic built into it but only one jack. The problem is if I plug it into the pc I can only use it as either a mic with no sound through the headphones. Or I use the headphones but can't use the mic. So now I'm having to a female to 2male y cord to fix this issue.
