Problematic graphic card

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall performance of the PC is great, however the graphic card cannot hold gaming or long video runs. After 4 hours, the screen goes green and the PC has to be shutdown manually using the power button on the tower. I gave two chances to this type of tower, and both PC towers failed and did all troubleshooting with the customer support.

Surpasses my expectations

I went with this model because it was comparable to the parts I was going to buy and build on my own. I have not been disappointed yet. People have complained you need to move the video card down if you're running 2+ monitors but I run 3 on it just fine without needing to move the card. It plays and does everything I need to between teaching and gaming. All in all it's a fantastic computer.

Upside is that it works great and its powerful. Does not overheat and does not sound like an engine. In fact it’s quieter than my laptop. Anyone having trouble with their machine most likely didn’t follow new computer protocol such as windows update, drivers and power management. Maybe check your cables to see if the fans got disconnected.

Great value on a mid range gaming PC

I would have had more control of exactly what components I would have used but to be honest this model was extremely close to what I'd been planning. In using this PC for a couple weeks it's been working great, no issues. Was delivered quickly and with no damage.
