I wish I knew about these common problems with this desktop. Seems everyone has run into Overheating, random shut downs, and other issues. I've replaced the graphics card because it was defective which did help.... sort of. The problem persisted but differently. Next I'm told it MIGHT be the power supply. Honestly straight to the point, it'll be worth either building your own PC or if you choose to get this one or one like it BUY THE PROTECTION PLAN. CyberPower PC's I have learned the hard way, has a very limited (almost no) warranty on their products unless you buy them directly from them.

Excellent mid range pc

CyberPowerPC sure knew what they were doing when they built this pc. 10/10 Would definitely recommend this build to anybody if they asked me what to buy. The only downside was that the mouse that came with my PC had a broken DPI sensitivity button which rendered it completely useless to someone like me who plays FPS games a lot but other than that, I have no complaints.
